There are several people in my family who have or have had serious allergies. I have a cousin who you could try and get in the same fashion by getting a dog. My sister had a life threatening allergy to milk until she outgrew it.

It sounds like the guy really does have allergies that bad, and if they can prove it in court I hope that woman lands in jail for (at least) assault, loses all custody of their daughter and on top of that gets her ass sued into the ground.

I remember a long time ago reading where someone hit another person with a fish and was arrested for "assault with a deadly weapon." I was incredulous at the time, but have read other similar accounts from time to time where just about anything seems to be considered a "deadly weapon" when used in such a way.

It's sad what men have to put up with before getting some semblance of justice when a woman is perpetrating the violence.
