News Serge writes ""The Irish-American dancer hit back at his accuser by saying the pair had consensual sex and she was trying to blackmail him. He said she threatened to go public with the claims unless he made "a sufficient payment to satisfy" her, and that she defamed him.""

Flatley could probably stand to compare notes with Michael Jordan and Bill Cosby.

Don't forget Celine Dion's husband. I believe they are now sueing whoever tried to extort money from them.

Odd that its not played in the papers as much as it should be. If an accused man hits the spotlight it never ends.

I remember that woman who tortured her son with a car battery. It played in local news and that was about it. If it had been a man it would have been international news with follow ups to each court appearence blah blah blah.

The boston Globe runs articles from all over the country relating to any sexual oriented crime commited by a man. It really isn't new worthy for someone in Boston to read that a man has been charged (guilty) with touching someones ass in Utah...regardless of the severity or the validity of such an act.

The media uses this type of 'crime' to report feminist issues on a national basis in local papers such as 'The Globe' to help support their trumped up claims of overt patriarchal oppression.

...the legal system empowers her to do so.

My ex fabricated DV claims against me to efficiently remove me from her life. Anyone that knew us (minus a few devious friends) knew that I was innocent. The legal system passed judgement on me WAY before any facts were (not) presented. Now I have the usual long and oppresive probation for having done nothing - just to stay out of jail -still did 10 days in lock up waiting as the judge would not set bail.

This dancer should feel lucky the woman wasn't crazy enough to lock him up. It is hard to fight a legal battle from behind bars. I know...

Today - our legal system and all of the 'victim advocates' and the media enable women to do/say whatever they want against a man, and they will be believed. A mans good life and clean history do not matter.

I bet the lady will win a settlement...

She'll win, if you stay quiet.

Maybe you don't feel safe or confident enough to spout from the roof tops what you have learned. But radical feminism and chivalris judges need to be set straight one way or another. I'm suggesting we speak out anywhere and everywhere to relay our message.

Stay focused and keep to the truth. You can not lose.

Amen.

I will guarantee you one thing - if I am EVER on a jury, and we get a "he says, she says" scenario, I will not convict.

If it's even marginal, I will give the benefit of the doubt to the male.

And even if the case looks slam dunk, if there is one incident of the prosecution putting the squelch on the defense, I will assume they are suppressing exculpatory evidence.

Jursy Nullification, gents. Practice it, and let the word get out that a man is safe to go to trial, instead of buckling to the pressure.

Brilliant idea! Subvert the dominant paradigm (feminism)
