With the suicide rate increasing 22% over the past 20 years, and the rate of male to female suicides at 3:1, the fact that this issue has been of such low priority for so long is appalling. Also shocking: "For men under 35 in Scotland, suicide is the biggest single cause of death and exceeds the number of accidental deaths"
