Nashville Woman Sexually Mutilates Sleeping Boyfriend
posted by Scott on Wednesday October 02, @02:46PM
from the domestic-violence dept.
Domestic Violence SJones writes "A Nashville woman used her fingernails to rip off the testicle of her sleeping boyfriend in a case of blatant sexual battery which was only prosecuted as domestic violence and only resulted in an arrest due to outstanding warrants against the violent female sexual predator. This is a case of blatant sex discrimination by the attorney general's office in that the attack is clearly sexual battery and has not been prosecuted as such. The article, buried in the back pages of the Tennessean, is found here. Contact the Governor of Tennessee and complain about the failure of the prosecutor and police to charge this sex offender with sexual battery. This exact crime, the ripping off of men's testicles by women using only their hands, is becoming more and more frequent as no prosecutor has ever filed appropriate charges. In fact, this is the only case I have found in which the woman served any jail time at all, and that was only because of mandatory domestic violence arrest laws and her outstanding warrants. She got away with committing a crime of sexual violence and will not be forced to register as a sex offender as she should be." Could anyone dig up the contact info for the TN Governor, and perhaps the AG who has jurisdiction in this case?

Call the Governor's Office at 615-741-2001. I didn't get a whole lot of satisfaction, but the woman who answered the phone did agree to "pass this along to the Governor."

oh come on, you all know he, in all probability deserved it. Why would a woman do such a thing, other than because of her painfully obvious patriarchal oppression which caused her to resort to such drastic behavior? I say "obvious" because It is obvious to the laywimin's eyes of domestic abuse support that a woman only uses violence in self defense from physical, emotional, or sexual abuse of the predatory, parasitical, patriarchal man in her life. {notice they all start with the letter 'P' as does 'penis'}

What we 'should' be talking about is how to comfort her and what methods we should use to help her through this trauma she had to go through. How women can welcome her into the circle of communication that will liberate her from her pain. How we can ween her from the dependency to men that she must have been inculcated with. This is a desperate cry for help to escape this dependency that men have propagated into her feminine mind from childhood on! And you don't see this??? At least this man now knows just a small fraction of what women feel like everyday, this will be more of a feminist educational oppurtunity for him and men in general than anything else. Men should be thankful for this oppurtunity that comes about so rarely due to the superior morals, and self control that women possess. We should be looking for clues as to what this man did to her to make her feel so powerless that she clawed his testicles off.

{and for all those who take themselves to seriously----THIS IS NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. Maybe this was in bad taste but it's my way of venting and of course I don't believe a word I just wrote or even that ALL women will feel this way, excep maybe feminists, both male and female. Certainly this guy should be helped since he is the victim I'm posted anonomously because I never post here except one other time before}

Of course I see it, but I'm too busy subjugating females through the implicit threat of rape.

I must say what I find interesting about this story is that he is still planning on marrying her. When a woman stays with an abusive man she is told that it is the result of the battering and its psychological effects that keeps her dependent on the relationship. There are counseling and support groups to compel her to come to her senses. Where is that same thing for men? Could it be that we still teach boys that they are nothing with out a girl on their arm? We certainly teach them that everything is their fault when it comes to relationships with women. Maybe for both genders it should be important to teach them to be individuals before they start looking for completion in someone else.

Gee, RP659, What makes you think THAT?
Could it be because Women are flooded by media images, over and over again of Men being genitaly mutilated, And taught that it's funny when it happens?
Could it be because we live in a society that gives a collective nod to such things?
Could it be because Women know that the "Law" will look the other way?

Could it be ALL of the above...?

B.T.W. I forgot to mention that the PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE commercial has been EDITED.
The part that contained the ex-husband being castrated by his ex-wife with pliars via an on-line voodoo doll has been cut out and is now replaced by a scene where the ex-wife causes the ex-husband's head (the one on his SHOULERS) to shrink. However, a pin the ex-wife is useing is shown to hover over the man's groin, then it cuts to a scene where he is grabbing his leg in pain. when the shot returns to the ex- wife we see the pin stuck in the voo doo doll's leg. so GENITAL MUTILATION is still imilied.
The ad is STILL very anti-male but at least it's not as bad as before. But bad is still bad.
It took long enough for them, at PROGRESSIVE, to respond to the protests But at least we DID have some impact. ...Finaly.

This isn't just sexual battery, it's wilful sexual mutilation, which is much worse; however, if the boyfriend in question is still intending to marry her, then he likewise must have refused to press charges-- in which case I believe it's very difficult for a prosecutor to do anything.

would be, after she gets out of prison, making her identify herself in her neighborhood and everywhere she goes, as a registered sex offender, so no man ever unknowingly sleeps with her again. No jail time at all is absurd!
