Kerkorkian to Pay $324k/Month for Child That is Not His

	Garth writes "These two stories (one, two), describe the Kerkorkian child support battle. Lisa Bonder Kerkorkian is asking for $324,000 a month to support their 4 year old daughter. It has been shown, however, that she faked the DNA paternity test. Unfortunately, the husband signed a paternity document, which of course nullifies the fact that the girl is not his daughter. Also of note, he must pay half his wife's legal bill because she only has 12 million dollars, whereas he has 6.5 billion."

Struggling Mother (Score:1) by shawn on Friday March 29, @12:27PM EST (#1) (User #53 Info) Lisa Kerkorkian is yet another example of a single mother struggling to survive. With today's high cost of living, it's difficult for a mother to pay the bills when she has a net worth of only 12 million dollars. How does she do it? Her courage, strength, and independence in the face of adversity will be a positive influence on her daughter Kira. She's only asking for what's fair. 324K a month to raise a child is quite modest in today's difficult economic times. Just because she lied about paternity doesn't mean that the deadbeat of a man Kurt Kerkorkian shouldn't have to pay for a child that isn't his. And lets not forget "Mr. Hoppy", the childs pet rabbit. Poor little bunny. The little guy is only asking for $436/month in pet support. The real question is where is the rabbit's biological father? Why isn't "Mr. Hoppy Sr" being required to pay his share of his son's expenses? Did he hop out on Mrs. Hoppy after a brief one time fling. Men, they're all alike. This is another example of a woman who expects a man to provide for her. The fact that this legal battle even exists demonstrates just how out of touch with reality our society has become, and how many (most?) women consider men nothing more than their sugar daddies. Lisa Kerkorkian is an unfaithful woman who lied about paternity. She is a former tennis pro. She has 12 million dollars. Still, she expects a man to give her more money as compensation for her own irresponsible behavior.

California Is A Pimp (Score:1) by Luek on Friday March 29, @10:09PM EST (#3) (User #358 Info) The corrupt family court system in Kookiefornia in this particular case has by the state's iron heel legal coercive power has turned the state into a pimp. In the name of justice and plain old decency, the state judicial systems child support and divorce laws HAVE to be reformed! This is a problem that has as far as I am concerned a greater national priority than retaliating for what happened on 9/11.
