Great idea Scott. One of the discoveries I made recently is that there is a pitiful amount of literary work that analyzes the representation of men in the media and on screen. The normal perespective of gender on media and film is feminist film theory.
I do have one request though, I could use someone to help me by giving me feedback on my writing. I am weak in technical and research oriented writing. (menrights@aol.com)
Also if anyone is interested in film theory let me know and I can suggest a few articles and books.
(ps. I have a paper that I wrote recently on the film Mrs. Doubtfire and representation of fathers.) Tony H

Great, I love film. I even wrote a screenplay. It was called the Red Thread, I now realize that even my own writing was a tad Misandric, go figure. I have some interesting ideas about promoting mensactivism.com as well, I am very well read in Religeous, and Mythical studies, I would be happy to read your work Tony. Im not sure how this all works yet but my email is dan047@sympatico.ca . Dan Lynch
