This article was written by Kathy Tait of The Vancouver Province. Kathy has since I can remember been a fair-minded and honest reporter who writes what she sees and isn't afraid to print articles that go against the common wisdom.
The odd thing is that this same newspaper (The Vancouver Province) has as one of its senior editors a rather extreme man-hating woman who used to write an inflammatory opinion column. Joey Thompson edits the editorial pages, but back when she was a lowly scribe she opined (on more than one occasion) that there should be a curfew for men, since men cause all of the crime in the city. Her other columns, when they mentioned men, were equally flattering.
I can only assume that Kathy Tait managed to get this piece published only because she has been at the paper longer than Thompson, editor or no editor. More power to her.

My documents had to be carried around in a cardboard box.
The judges do not have time to read the entire documents and we had different judges every time we went to court. We hadn't even made it to tial yet and my bills were around $30,000.
I was stunned at how easy it was to pull the wool over everyone's eyes.
Just flood them with paper, and put forth the most foul things you can get away with.
She who cries loudest gets what she wants.
It is not about the welfare of children and it never was about the welfare of children.
It is about women grabbing for power and wealth and nothing more.

I made a mistake when submitting this. It is indeed from the Vancouver Province, not the Vancouver Sun. The confusion arose because they share space on the web.

Hi Garth,
I have updated the story info to now refer to the Vancouver Province instead of the Sun.
Thanks,
Scott
