I have heard CSAP characterized as being staffed largely by "recovering alcoholic f*ckups and silly social worker types." Girl Power is quite the darling of this particularly ineffectual government anti-drug organization. And just like in the case of DARE, whenever questions are raised about its measured effectiveness in drug abuse prevention or actually we should say the lack thereof, those questioning are treated with this brutal sort of censorship. (I don't know any of this to be true, I'm only letting you know what I've heard.) There is definitely a story here for the clever reporter who would like to attack stupidity within a government bureaucracy in an article. -----
