Zubaty's Book in Print

News Rich Zubaty, a men's issues author and just an interesting person in general, had his latest book, What Men Know That Women Don't, put into print. You can still buy in in electronic form (for half the price), and if you haven't read it, I'd highly recommend it. I'd also welcome any book review submissions from readers who have read this book, or any other books related to men's issues. Click here to get a copy of Zubaty's book from the Virtual BookWorm store.

Where can we see excerpts, so we can decide if we're interested enough to buy it?

You can go to Zubaty's website and read various excerpts from his books. This also gives you a pretty good idea of what he's all about.

this appears to be a re-issue of zubaty’s "surviving the feminization of america" (1993)

i haven’t read the revised version, but “surviving” in the original was one of the first cogent howls emitted by modern american males … it suffered from some organizational and editorial problems, but was full of righteous reality unflinchingly pointed out

zubaty is not a stylist, nor a great intellect, and his lack of documentation will leave academia unconvinced … but academia has become a slimepit anyway, at least in the humanities

zubaty’s forte is passion, and the ability to strip away the veneer of american gynocracy

if you didn’t read “surviving” in the nineties, i would recommend his new book to anyone interested in modern gender issues and the construction of masculinity

i find it odd that on the site that sells the book the advertize it as such:

FOR WOMEN: Eavesdrop on the secret codes of masculinity. Discover what makes men tick. Penetrate the brain-fog of masculine thinking. Peel the cerebral onion of guy-hood. Find out how to get your way with your man.

nice catch, brad, though I wouldn’t call it “odd” – i'd say “cynical”

it’s probable that virtual bookworm wrote the ad copy on this, not zubaty, but it hints why we haven’t seen the breakout book we're waiting for … america serves the dollar, and the dollar is commanded by women … in one way or another, writers, politicians, journalists, businesses or just average dudes who don’t pander to feminine agendas usually don’t do well in america

check the commercials -- marketing to the feminine increasingly relies upon appeal to feminine vengeance and power-lust

note also the change in the title of zubaty's book, from “surviving the feminization of america” – not much room for doubt there, not many ladies are gonna go into their purses for that – to “what men know that women don’t” – which is still a revolutionary statement in the gynocracy, but softened and marketized by the relational tone

“find out how to get your way with your man” is likewise revealing: in north america, I Got My Way is the unspoken feminine mantra of the past four decades

broadly, in america men pretend they’re interested in power, when mostly they’re interested in love – women pretend they’re interested in love, when mostly they’re interested in power

it is pitiful that american men cannot even publish and distribute their own truths without passing the checkout stand of the feminine
