It is generally agreed that women have made tremendous advances in athletic participation, almost equal to that of men's in short period of time. Do you dare to report on the CURRENT negative ramifications men' athletic programs have suffered to allow this advance. Or are you only interested in historical examples of female athletic exclusion?
Title IX is mandated elimination of male athletic opportunities at all age levels. This is executed by the Office of Civil Rights, who, headed by Norma Cantu, put pressure on all federally funded institutions to meet the participation quota. The punishment is the withdrawal of any and all federal funds for non-compliance
