Furor Stirring At UCLA, Glenn Sacks Defends IWF

News Marc Angelucci writes "Our very own Glenn Sacks printed an article in the UCLA Daily Bruin today responding to several opinion pieces that attacked the ad placed by the Independent Women's Forum. He reiterates the points he has repeatedly made in prior articles about "1 in 4," the wage gap and other myths that campus feminists just cannot seem to let go of. The ad has really caused furor at UCLA, but of course, not enough factual dialogue as usual. If Glenn Sacks' article doesn't change that, I'm not sure anything else will."

I must admit to a certain amount of relish when I hear feminists respond to articles like Glenn's with "umm, well, uhhh, that's just the way it should be." :) Then to add insult to injury, men's rights advocates call them on that, too. ;)

This is exactly right. When the same factual arguments appear again and again in many different venues then the feminists or at least those who are prone to those views will start to take notice of them and begin working on rationalizations to get around them. At least then they will have recognized and will have had to work to understand or at least think about the opposition's arguments against them.

I'm impressed with the bravery and perserverence of Glenn, Marc, and many other people working in California to try to untie the Women's Studies Gordian Knot. Keep up the good work!
