Police Chief Cleared of Sexual Assault Accusation

False Accusations In another story of a false accusation, a Michigan police chief, Ronald Deziel, was accused of sexually assaulting a woman working in a hair salon. There were inconsistencies in the woman's story and also no DNA evidence was found where it was expected in the woman's clothing fibers. The case has been very high-profile and damaging to Deziel's reputation. "County prosecutors are now considering whether to charge the Taylor woman with making false statements to police and the filing of a false police report, which is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail." I guess when the consequences of making a false accusation are so insignificant, it's questionable whether to even bother pressing charges! Click here for the Detroit News story.

Actually, a false allegation is a class B misdemeanour and should get 6 months in jail,Clearly the cops (and judges) won't do their job here.

It has been obvious for many years now that most western countries need to re-think the laws on false accusation.
The feminists have deliberately encouraged accusations against men, and because of this, false accusations have sky-rocketed.
I suggest we work toward a Criminal False Acusation bill in every country that the feminists operate.
This bill sould make it manadory that a false accusor of rape, sexual harrasment, child abuse, domestic violence etc. receive a sentence that is at least as harsh as the sentence the accused would have had to suffer - if found guilty.
Also, monetary compensation for the falsely accused should be automatic.
Finally, why don't lawyers enact a class action suit against the feminists themselves for deliberately and maliciously inciting women to falsely accuse men?
The feminists have obviously caused the thousands of false accusations against men.
They are also very wealthy, so why ahouldn't they compensate men who have been harmed by their politics?
