False Accusations AngryHarry sent in this story from the UK Times. It's about a man who was falsely accused of sexually abusing his (then) three year-old daughter by his wife. The wife was determined to have Munchausen's syndrome by proxy, and the way the child was interviewed by social services and police was irresponsible (leading questions, etc.). He will be suing the police dept. and social services unit that handled the case negligently.
