Study: Women are almost as likely to cheat and leave spouse for new partner

'Indeed women are now almost as likely as men to commit adultery and are more likely than men to get divorced because they have fallen in love with someone else. Some women also leave their husbands for a man with whom they have had little, if any, actual sex. So while claiming that they did not technically “commit adultery”, these wives have nonetheless betrayed and been unfaithful to their husbands (Adler. 1996; Pittman. 1990).

Most divorced fathers are extremely lonely, overwrought, and disoriented - mainly because they have lost daily contact with their children. Unlike mothers, almost all fathers are essentially rendered childless as soon as their marriage ends. In part because men are so reluctant to let people know how miserably unhappy and depressed they are or to ask for help, many people - including their own children - do not appreciate the extent to which most men suffer after a divorce.'

My first marriage ended that way. She was working as a waitress and lined up her next man. Didn't sleep with him until I was out of the house, polite I guess. She asked me for a divorce on my B-day, told me she married me for my potential, and she had learned a lot from me. Throw in the twin boys being taken from me as well, and oh yes, I think I suffered PTSD!

I have a theory why some women leave a man for another.I think a lot of the time they leave is for a better life style (bucks)or the potential for more bucks.Like I once said before else where,that from the days of the caves some women will give their "favors" to the male who drags in the most meat.Over the top?....maybe,but there is a lot of truth to this in my opinion.

Thank God my second wife cheated on me with some guy she found on the internet.

If she hadn't...Jesus...she might still be here!

She did me a favor. And the $5k settlement made it a gift that just keeps on giving.

I sometimes think I should send her a thank you note, written on a cocktail napkin from the Ritz in Miami.
