For Little Children, Grown-Up Labels As Sexual Harassers

Story here. Excerpt:

"The Virginia Department of Education reported that 255 elementary students were suspended last year for offensive sexual touching, or "improper physical contact against a student." In Maryland, 166 elementary school children were suspended last year for sexual harassment, including three preschoolers, 16 kindergartners and 22 first-graders, according to the State Department of Education. Statistics for the District were not available.

In 2006, a kindergartner in Hagerstown, Md., was accused of sexual harassment after pinching a female classmate's buttocks. A 4-year-old in Texas was given an in-school suspension after a teacher's aide accused him of sexual harassment for pressing his face into her breasts when he hugged her.

Ted Feinberg, assistant director of the National Association of School Psychologists in Bethesda, said he had never come across a case of sexual harassment in elementary school in his three decades in the schools. To label somebody a sexual harasser at 6 "doesn't make sense to me," he said. "Kids can be exploratory in behavior, they can mimic what they see on TV."

...how are we ever going to achieve the ultimate goal of the Matriarchy - criminalizing the very act of being born male?

I mean we gotta flag those future sex offenders young right? Can't let them slip through the system unnoticed until the day that they start hiding in the bushes attacking young females.

Of course, you know if we label them monsters as children, it is very likely that monsters we will end up with... a self fulfilling prophecy.

creating future monsters (from innocence) to eventually kill/harm the creators.
possible/probable truth and consequences starting to sound like SciFi again.
and who is the real monster, the creator or the creation?

the creation trying to destroy the creators is also the theme behind "Battlestar Gallactica". good show.

at first it's hard for me to believe these are educated people making these stupid laws; but, then i remember they were mostly educated after feminism, female victimization, affirmative action and the "dumbing down" and total feminizing of the education system.

and let's not forget the "honorable" mention that, as usual, goes to our legal system's role in this abomination. have you found those DEEP POCKETS in this situation yet?

oh yeah, i see it now. the STATE (higher taxes all round).

Ladies it's not safe to walk the streets at night anymore! Six year old boys are going to try to rape you!

How ridiculous does that sound? So, why would they even bother to brand children as sexual offenders. It's so asinine. Especially for "spanking"? When I was a kid, I'm sure my ass got spanked by other kids once or twice. I thought it was funny, I wasn't scarred for life or anything.

Wow... this is what happens when you let spoiled princesses who play the victim always have their way. It's now gotten to a point where children are being labelled as severe offenders for the most trivial of things. Thanks, feminism!

Over the past forty years of institutionalized feminism, we have witnessed mainly one thing -- the relentless criminalization of maleness.

That has been feminism's theoretical pathway to "equality."

This is like arguing with a three year old child!

And I have one to argue with and she is so smart that it scares me already!

How can you win?

Women at any age toss off logic like it is bad candy.

Fascinating but dangerous species....
