UK: Five-time false rape accuser spared jail

Story here. Excerpt:

'A woman who made a string of false rape claims, leading to the arrest of five different men and wasting massive amounts of police time, has walked free from court.
...
Judge David Hodson sentenced Brooks to 32 weeks imprisonment suspended for two years with a three month curfew from 10pm to 7am.'

Alas, unlike the previous story, justice denied.

Even if you didn't read the article, just read this and let it sink in what this judge has said and done:

"Passing sentence Judge David Hodson told her: "The effect of your false complaints was two men were arrested, detained in custody and they had to provide intimate samples.

"They were subjected to a substantial degree of humiliation and a collosal amount of anxiety and worry that they were being charged with an offence that could have resulted in a very, very, lengthy sentence of imprisonment."

He said she had escaped custody by "a hair's breadth." Adding: "I am sure the two men who were the victims of your false complaints would expect you should receive an immediate sentence of imprisonment.

"But I take the view it would be counter-productive in the light of the more stable life you have had recently if I were to do that."

Defence barrister Gavin Doig said Brooks had a history of mental health problems, was an alcoholic and came from a troubled background. He said she was making good progress with the help of mental health organisations.

"She feels guilt and shame very deeply," he said."

So much for punishing the guilty. So much for wishes of the victims. Notice the only one claiming she has any guilt or shame is her lawyer. What else would he say? That she enjoyed every second of it? I don't see any quotes from her for RAPING 5 men! Yes, false accusations of rape ARE RAPE! (only given what most actual rapes happen to be these days false accusations are most likely worse then the crime of rape these days)

Justice denied creates a moral vacuum. And as we all learned in physics class, nature abhors a vacuum. Something always fills it.

Were lynchings all that bad?

And you may find out when some day a few people might decide you're guilty after being found innocent of something and show up at your house with a noose. Then you'll decide they weren't so good.

Some rules exist for *everyone's* good.

I am not totally sure of the record number of unpunished false accusations of rape in the UK (because of course there are no official records; a false accusation of rape is not treated as a crime because women do it). But as far as I have been able to ascertain, the record is held by one Gemma Gregory:

Yes, she had laid no fewer than EIGHT filthy lies on various innocent men before the useless police decided to make a feeble gesture against her. So Tracy Brooks is a comparative novice with her paltry five lies. Still, she is plenty young enough to have dozens more opportunities in future, espacially as she will, for sure, not be spending any time behind bars no matter how many more times she does it. But then of course, Gregory is in exactly the same position. She too has endless opportunities to extend her record.

Does anyone know of any other contender sneaking up on the rails?

Okay, if a man raped 5 women and got sentenced to 32 weeks suspended because he turned his life around by giving up booze I think he might get lynched.

That would be justice denied creating a moral vacuum and public outrage and possibly a lynching would fill it.

which have inspired me to write yet another horror movie called "The Girls Who Cried Rape". Nothing would make me happier than to see lying whores like that get their comeuppins.

BTW, I totally agree. A false rape accusation is rape. It turns a person's life upside-down and all for the sake of another's self-righteousness and malicious intentions. Here's what I think. I think that if women are caught lying about rape, they should be jailed and the police should just ignore any other complaint they make in the future. I think that if you pervert justice like that, you should be denied the services of the justice system.
