Paternity Fraud is "In the Best Interests Of The Child"

Another man lied to about his relationship with "his" child. The courts support the liar/defrauder. He pays, the mother collects, the child is lied to/defrauded - what could be more fair (to a gender feminist, maybe...)? Comments are interesting, so far tend to be supportive of the man in this case.
Any man considering a long term relationship needs to ask himself "What's in it for me?" here is an example of what could be in it for a man who doesn't ask that question. Excerpt:
"Paternity doesn't count when it comes to a Hunterdon County man's bid to lower child support payments for a child that's not his.
An appeals court upheld a lower court which denied the man's request in 2006 after he said he discovered he was not the father of the 10-year-old girl.
The appeals panel found the judge put the best interest of the child first."

almost everyone agrees
the sane person says the best interest of the child lies in telling the truth, always, to everyone, all the time, no matter what. a precept that is supposed to be the backbone of all law in this country. the legal system is a shambles, and right out there for all to see. justice, fairness, truth and equality have been replaced by greed, malice, lies, deception and fraud.
quit treating these judges like they deserve respect. they have no right to any of that. they are the worst among us. by far.
The best interest of the child
The best interests of the child should be to grow up in a society where everyone is entitled to a fair justice system. Making sure the kid has money from the nearest male should not be part of such a society.

It would seem that you are condemning the system, a very good start. Perhaps we should consider self rule, one vote one citizen? I mean all the mechanism's are in place, and they do need us to complacently go along, just think how the system would respond if we got organized and quit paying wrongful "support". They couldn't do a thing, to many men would have to be incarcerated. Human rights should not be determined by gender, but by being human. But, then again perhaps I expect to much from my fellow humans, going along, and doing what your told is always much easier than being rightous in your convictions. I commend you daveinga for not condemning the other half of the equation, even though many women are abusive of the privelage that our system allows them, not all women are the enemy. It is good to see some positive comments as to the state of our being, by that I mean putting the blame where it belongs.

I am also not a fan of mangina judges, or I guess you could say, mangiudges. However, the system should also be changed so that women who pull paternity fraud and whatnot should have to pay the man every cent he was wrongfully charged for, let alone stopping the payments. Extortion is a crime, even when it's candy coated.

Most of the commenter's to the original story agree that the mother is a lying criminal whore.
The thing is though, they still want her excused because the only person they seen to hate more then the mother is the biological father who as many many commenter's suggest should be liable for the child and call him all sorts of awful things for not being in the child's life.
Still got to find a man to blame when a woman is a lying whore.
Chances are the biological father has no clue he has a child and likely has no clue the woman was ever married.
He's every bit as much a victim of this liying slut as the poor man she's ass fucked into paying for the kid she created at her sole discretion.
Fuck, everyone's got sympathy for her poor ex-husband, but that's not stopping anyone from wanting some man to pay for this woman's evil deeds.
Misandry has to stop in all forms, not just shifted from one form to the next. This bitch is a liar, a whore and a soulless, selfish monster. She is the one to blame, not any one but her. She used EVERYONE to gain what she wanted. Everyone who has been involved with her is the victim of her evil. It's no more fair to pin the blame on another man then it is to pin the blame on the one who's already been fucked over by the courts.
That's what happens when you give 100% of all reproductive rights exclusively to one gender. You get whores who take full fucking advantage of the fact that they are the only ones with any rights at all when it comes to reproduction and child rearing.
