X-TRNL Unveils His New Rap Song "XY"

Hello fellow MRAs. I don't think I've told you guys before, but I'm an avid fan of hip hop and to date have written over 50 rap songs. I've recently been inspired to write a new song regarding men's issues, and I've recently finished it. It actually turned out to be the longest rap song I've ever written, as I found I had a lot to say in it. I would like to share the lyrics with you. Click "Read More" to read them. The song is called "XY". I hope you enjoy it.

XY
by Evan AKA X-TRNL

Chorus:
XY means I'm a bad guy
XY means I'm a bad guy
They think women never lie
XX is what's on their side
Many women commit crimes
And are free right after they're tried
But XY means I'm a bad guy
XY means I'm a bad guy

All right, all right, lemme get this straight
You would never laugh when a girl is raped
But you do when a man is struck
Anywhere on his body including his junk
Hate it to break it to you, but that ain't entertainment
Maybe it is to someone like Satan
To laugh at that, makes you like a rapist
How did the world get full of so many saddists?...
Now let's imagine the gender's reversed
And you see a woman getting beat or worse
Getting hit several times in her boobs and box,
By punches and kicks and flying rocks,
For some reason, you don't laugh at her
But you did at the man, what a double standard!
It's about time the world woke up and see
That our society is filled with misandry

Chorus

You wanna hear about a law that's just absurd?
Imagine being freed from prison cause you're a girl
While the men are left there to rot
Cause they were born male, and they don't got a twat
People who think up laws like this should be shot
Cater to half, the other half's forgot
Think you can pull a stunt like this and not be caught?
Some succeed at shit like this, thus, I'm distraught
How about women who murder their own kids?
But they cry depression and the case is dismissed
Or if they kill their husband for no reason
They can cry abuse, or claim that he was cheatin'
Cause she's a woman, they believe her statement
They're too stupid to want corroboration
Where if it was a man in the same situation
The death penalty would be cried for by the nation

Chorus

If a woman wants money, she doesn't need luck
She don't need to play the lottery, she gets knocked up
Then she'll have money for 18 years
And get as much as she wants by shedding fake tears
It don't matter if the kid isn't even his
Or if he can't afford to pay for this bullshit
Or if he never ever gets to see the kid
The man's trapped in a scenario that's misandric
Then the bitch will go and poison the kid's mind
The kid will hate his father in a matter of time
The kid will grow to hate the man who gave him life
Thanks to all the lies told by his ex-wife
Women wanting equality is just plain phoney
Proof of this fact is allimony
If you're as capable as your male counterpart
Why do you need to extort him for all he's got?
Heaven forbid you'd actually have to earn
Everything that you want, then again you learned
From a young age you can get it all on a silver platter
If you have to be a prostitute it just doesn't matter
You were taught that men are of no use
Unless they have lots of money to lose
Wasting it on you, and it's a waste indeed
Cause you don't want a man, you wanna take his seed, cause

Chorus

I just don't know why, people hate me for being a man
But I can see why, misandry is what's ruling our land
You take a spoiled child, and cater till she's a woman
She'll grow to act wild, and get what she wants by playin the victim

Another double standard we gotta break
Is innocent men locked away for rape
When the charge is based on a false allegation
From a bitch with an overactive imagination
Then there's the issue of domestic violence
I think it's bout time someone breaks the silence
In more than half the cases a man's the victim
If the men need help, sometimes the cops won't listen
Who would have thought violence was gender-biased
If you say a woman hit you, they think you're a liar
Women can be vicious and speak vicious words
Some have beliefs resemblin Hitler's
Men are pieces of meat, and we're the ones to blame
For all the world's problems, but just the same
If all men died today, the people left would stumble
Mankind would die, the economy would crumble, still

Chorus (2x)

Evan, I think it's great that you've put this kind of creative energy into writing a rap song about men's issues. I hope you'll run with this and release the audio on-line. Maybe even a music video of it on YouTube?

This is an example of some really useful and important activism. Thanks for making my day!

Most of the middle-age or older guys here, remember how feminism started as an equality movement in the 60's, but became focused on obtaining special privileges by the 80's. The younger guys don't really need to know this history much though..since rampant misandry is staring them in the face - people now in their teens and twenties suffer the net result of thirty years of feminist pigs.

The song's pretty good. Have you recorded it?

I wanted to help this cause, and raise awareness of it to people, but I wasn't sure how. But since I write a lot of hip hop, I figured why not write a song about male discrimination, and how people look the other way? The song began to write itself. Usually my songs only have three verses, but I needed four this time to cover all the issues. Thank you so much for the kind comments. It means a lot to me that you guys like it. Though I'm sorry to say I haven't recorded it yet. Actually, I don't have a beat for it yet, but don't worry. I'm also a producer. I'll get on it! Something tells me this song could grab attention because it's "controversial". Notice the quotation marks. I don't think it's controversial. It tells it like it is, and puts many well-deserving people in their place. Of course, in a feminized society, a song like this would probably not be well received by many women. But who cares? I'm pretty sure that most hip hop fans are men anyway.

And I'm sure a few sympathetic women might even like it too. I've come to realize that there are some good women out there. I'm talking about the ones who want to be independent, and don't take arms in this ridiculous gender war. By independent, I mean that they don't expect someone to get the tab for them for the rest of their life. They know what work is, and what it is to earn something instead of putting a price on themself for a man to pay.

Thanks again for all the encouragement. I'll try to record this ASAP. BTW, I love the idea of putting it on the net and making a video for YouTube. Baby steps, tho. Baby steps.

Peace.

xtrnl,

Whole time I was reading the lyrics I heard James Brown in the background ...

"I Feel Good..."

It would be cool to snip an up-beat Godfather riff and put those downpressed lyrics over it.

Maybe also consider Peter Tosh's "Get Up Stand Up" and try a reggae hip-hop mix.
