False rape case hinged on fabricated lab reports

Story here....This man could (and should) have a lawsuit the size of Texas..The police knowingly and willfully perverted the truth..To get another rape conviction! Excerpt:

'There was one major problem with the Santa Clara County crime lab report that implicated a San Jose man of sexual assault:

It wasn't true.

The document was a fake, created by a San Jose police detective. The crime lab analyst who purportedly prepared the document doesn't exist. The number used to identify it was false.

Even so, detective Matthew Christian testified as though the phony report were authentic.'

one of the duties of government in this country as outlined in numerous documents by our forefathers is to protect all citizens from false accusations and false imprisonment. this is done by having and equally enforcing laws against perjury and bearing false witness.

the Duke case was an in-your-face we are not going to enforce any laws where women lie or commit crimes. before and since we have had children and men slaughtered and women set free. we have male children molested and women and the half-men (on TV) say no crime was committed, and they pretty much walk. maybe some therapy. the pretty blond bimbo in Fla. only went to jail because she crossed a judge.

this country has made it obvious by their actions and inactions that they intend to keep on allowing women to commit whatever crimes they want at the expense of everyone else w/o fear of punishment. so whatever terrible things that befall society as a result of not abiding by the laws and the defined precepts of law are whose fault?

..All we can do is fight for the truth where we can, for myself, that involves standing with RADAR...in there efforts to break the media "lace curtain"..

I must say they are the most proactive...action team..I've seen around!!

They go right to the source of the problem..which is media missinformation..

And what Dr. warren Farrel... "spot on".....calls the "media Lace Curtain"

It is clear that the Innocence Project now joined by Reid Seligmann one of the Accused and declared Innocent Duke LaCrosse players has freed over 250 Men. That our Criminal Justice system has been infiltrated with Feminism and its ugly child Anti Male Hatred and bigotry. It is not off the chart to say that the recent passage of IMBRA is evidence Per Se that the Federal Government views Men as violent, Sexual Predators and Abusive Criminals.

It is also clear that this Man's Life was severely damaged, and his reputation has been ruined. He should sue the City of San Jose, the DA's office and the Police. Perjury, Obstruction of Justice, Conspiracy, and Civil Rights violations should be charged against both the DA and San Jose Police involved.

Gents make no mistake about it. We are losing our Freedoms. The Judge who wrote the book that Feminism is waging a War of Judicial Tyranny should be applauded for his courage. How many Men are being Nifonged by Criminals with Badges? Sent up the river to Prison by Judges who do the bidding of their Feminist Masters? This is scary. I grew up in San Jose. It was a Democratic Stronghold. A City where Civil Rights were important. No longer. Get a conviction whatever the cost. Who cares about the Rule of Law or the Innocence of the accused.
