NOW Conference Videos from Detroit (July 7, 2007)

My reasoning for posting these videos is simple. I believe it is vital for MRA's to fully digest what feminists have to say because it has a direct impact on our movement.

.............................................................
Sample Quote: Writer and Producer, Jill Soloway:

"On why movies don't tell more women's stories]
[Men in Hollywood] have nothing to do except be ambitious. We make babies, we make beauty, we make dinner, we make homes, we make gardens, we make people happy. Men come to Hollywood and wake up every morning thinking 'My story needs to be told."
............................................................

Sample Qoute: National Congress of Black Women Chair, Dr. E. Faye Williams

"We women are now learning that freedom is not free, and eternal vigilance is the price of freedom. . . . We will be respected, and we will begin by making sure that we respect ourselves, and that we respect our sisters. We will demand respect from the minority gender. Those who have problems with that, might as well get over it."
............................................................
Kim Gandy's Latest quote (not related to the video conference):

"With attitudes like this so common, I guess it's not surprising to learn that one in five high school girls had been physically or sexually abused by a dating partner, according to a 2001 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. The lead author of the study said the findings suggest that many adolescent boys "have adopted attitudes that men are entitled to control their girlfriends through violence." This control can have both immediate and far-reaching effects. For instance, girls who had been victimized were eight to nine times more likely to have attempted suicide in the previous year."

....Now I see, suicide becomes a problem when it involves girls. Boys four times more likely to commit suicide? Apparently not an issue for Gandy's perverse feminist goals....

Jill Soloway thinks females should take over the world. I think we should round up all of these feminists and put them on Antarctica and give half of them dildos, and within a year they will all be dead (happy but dead), problem solved. Hoist the jib!!!

Her vicious misandrist ideology suggests.

Which is to say, she's fuggly, but not that different from a whole lotta middle-aged moms and grandmas.

I found her rant about "how much diversity" the N.O.W. convention-goers represented quite hilarious!

N.O.W. has refused to release any verifiable data on its alleged 500,000 strong membership, or any stats on age, ethnicity, income, geographic residence, sexual orientation, disability, etc.

Funny that the No. 1 feminist org that champions "diversity" is afraid to publish its membership profile.

In one quotable line, Gandy actually says something like --- "welcome to the diversity of all these different women who all think alike...."

That's a paraphrase.... but her illogic was 100% the same ironic dementia.

Gotta luv feminists! Can't live with 'em. Can't (legally) exterminate 'em!

Our grandsons will be asking why we ever took these broads seriously...

We'll then have to explain the concept of mass gender "coercion" and the notion of sheeple.

According to "Legalizing Misandry", prime time slots are dominated by "jep" stories ("women in jeopardy"). The TV networds know that women constitute the majority of their viewers (in _every_ time slot, according to statistics Farrell has cited).

Also, it is pointed out in L.M. that men are overwhelmingly portrayed as evil or incompetent. Yet, this old bag wants more "women's stories"? Also, the statement "men have nothing to do but be ambitious"..that is a weird, self-defeating statement, even for a feminist pig such as she to make. After all, it is due to individual men being ambitious, that their stories end up being told!

Just by her face, maybe she doesn't look like a sow. But you can't see the lower half of her body in the video..maybe she's built like a bowling pin.

*Never* go on a blind date. It's like those ads in the paper that say "SWF, 30's.." You can only see part of their personality..and they might be lying about that. I can only imagine what it would be like, to sit through an entire evening with someone that you knew was not your type at first glance.

(the only reason I can imagine what it's like, is because I sat through the Rocky Horror Picture Show on zero hours sleep the night before, with rice in every possible crevice of my Rhett Butler costume. And they didn't even start showing the movie until *after* the 90-minute audience rice fight!)
