Baby Left in Car Dies-- Mother not Charged

Story here. Poor Dearism taken to the point where even criminal negligence leading to infant homicide is excusable. Excerpt:

'A Wyoming County mother who left her young child in her car while she worked will not be charged with the baby's death.

Lynn Brol said she forgot to drop her 5-month-old son, Brayden, at day care on Aug. 2 and drove directly to her job at a credit union in Arcade.
...
The boy was found dead by his mother at the end of the workday, nine hours later.
...
The death was ruled accidental. Brol could have been charged with criminally negligent homicide, a charge that would result from conduct so reckless it results in a fatality.

An autopsy showed that Brayden was otherwise healthy with no bruises or suspicious marks.

Arcade Police Chief John Laird and his office investigated the death. "It was a tragic accident and I support the DA's decision," he said.'

She has been given a pass on this "neglegent homocide" I'm sure because "she has suffered enough".

Sure. She made a tragic boo boo. And just like a child she is allowed a pass that a man would not receive.

A man would likely get charged with 2nd degree manslaughter (maybe murder) and get to plea it down to negligent homicide if he could prove beyond any doubt that it really was an accident.

But of course the reflex reaction when the killer is male is to over charge initially and try to coax him quietly off to prison with a plea deal instead of a costly trial.

It's the opposite with women. They are either under charged initially and allowed to plea to next to nothing, or they just aren't charged at all.

The "justice" system doesn't just discriminate between the genders it reacts completely opposite from one gender to the other.

Time to get that bitch wearing the blindfold with the scale in one hand and the sword in the other a new fucking blindfold cause she's doing more then peeking!

Guys I have family that lives in that area and they filled me in on more details than I've seen in print. The father put the baby in the mothers car and she left before he had a chance to tell her. I think in this case it was a really horrible convergence of mistakes and really bad luck.

It may have been an accident, but the legal system and the media would have reacted differently had the genders been reversed. No question about that.
