Georgia Supreme Court hears teen sex case

'ATLANTA - The courtroom was packed with supporters and cameras Friday as Georgia's top justices heard arguments over whether a young man serving a 10-year prison term for consensual oral sex with a fellow teenager should be freed.

The long punishment spurred angry protests and led the state to change the sentencing law. A state judge in June ordered the young man freed, but because of an appeal by the state attorney general, Genarlow Wilson remains behind bars.

The Supreme Court justices will decide whether the state judge's order freeing Wilson should stand.'

Those girls should be treated by the courts as if they lit a human toddler trapped in a play pen on fire an laughed about it as that's how sick I feel this attack is. People are so incredibly cruel when they think that they will not be punished.

Sure turns the old stereotype of boys being the one's who abuse animals and girls being the loving gentle half of the species on it's head doesn't it?

Of course that stereotype has never been true and boys and girls from my observations in this life are equally sadistic in their attacks on animals, weaker peers, and younger siblings/relatives. Girls are not loving and nurturing all the time. To realize this one needs to do nothing more then choose any group of young girls within a few years prior to entering their teen years at random and look at their dolls. Most will be disfigured and dismembered. But of course it gets worse then that, teen aged girls are perhaps the deadliest creatures known to existence. But we as a society continue to ignore the truth before our eyes and chant relentlessly "sugar and spice and everything nice"

Those boys are heroes in my book for coming to the poor kitten's aid.

10 year potential sentence @ $25,000 per year to incarcerate a prisoner in the state system = 10 x $25K = $250K of taxpayer funds for a damn blowjob!

It would have been simpler and less expensive for the state to have given him a voucher to be redeemed at Midtown Escort Services.

And just when did a 15 year old become a "child?" If "she" had murdered someone she could be tried as an adult just the same as the 17 yo (can't even vote or buy beer in GA at 17) was tried as an adult on the charge of "child molestation."

Most 15 year old killers don't get tried at all as they merely pass the blame off on some convenient male they know - usually a relative or boyfriend. When they do get charged they have a triple pussy pass - female, youth, [insert random mental disorder here] - to ensure they do not get tried as adults.

As for the term child, it's really a matter of which side of the fence the person in question is on. If they are a 17 year old victim then they are still merely a child. If they are the perpetrator then they can be bumped up to adult court in Canada if they are 16 and in some States can be tried in adult court as young as twelve - mind you, almost exclusively, only if they are male as mentioned above.

Remember, as far as Western Nations are concerned females never cease to be children, just as they age they get to have the same diminished responsibilities but even more rights and more protections then children including the right to do whatever they damn well please with children up to and including kill them.
