Ethics Trial to Begin for Nifong

Great.. Now all the have to do is rehabilitate, discipline, name, and possible slap into prison almost every other judge in the Western world, especially in family law courts, for systematic denial of human, constitutional rights against men.

The plight of the Judicial system's victims - exclusively male - must have their miscarriages of justice documented and redress needs to be offered. They need to be vindicated.

The entire system is corrupt from politicians to lawyers to Judges, not just Nifong. Feminists specifically proclaimed that the legal system would become a means to enslave men and deny their rights as equal, individual citizens. Over the years their sexist ideology has been codified into law, prominently with Catharine MacKinnon, the Blackhall Sisters which brought about a "Battered Women Syndrome" precedent in the UK and Minnesota Program Development, Inc., which devised the "Duluth Model".

And also - what coverage will the American/mainstream media give to this case, which is backed up by months of verifiable, documented evidence and not based on the empty words of some cheap slut? Very little.

Why not? Because the livlihood of men - better yet young men, better yet rich men, at better better yet young rich men in a prestigious college furthering their education - is not being vilified. Our Effeminate Media's lust for the vilification of men either in the real world or in the world of fictional screenplays ensured that case would get massive, and massively biased, airplay.

Evidence that the Legal System is biased against men? I don't think our media system will rush to highlight that.

Nifong is going to argue that though the evidence was slim and disputed, he was ethical in pursuing the case.

This is a sly and sophisticated defense, because he can represent himself not as the persecutor of the Duke lacrosse men, but as an aggressive defender of a supposedly wronged woman.

It also neatly avoids the whole political quagmire and insidious duplicity that Nifong arguably committed by using the case to get re-elected as a white man in a primarily minority district.

I predict a 6-9 month suspension to practice law, and nothing more.

They won't yank his license to practice.

Find that bitch and lock her away for good. Maybe it would send a strong message to the privileged class.

What a golden opportunity for Nifong to step up to the plate like a "real man" and take full responsibility for what happened. He could admit that a false rape accusation is rape and the false accuser is a rapist. He could admit he was an assessory to this crime against the 3 falsely accused. And he could go even farther "doing the right thing" and expose the callous disregard for the pursuit of justice in North Carolina. Remember this is the state that the infamous "Little Rascals Daycare Center" judicial lynching took place. No real safeguards against false accusations were put in place after that fiasco, which if they had been probably would have prevented the Duke University scandal. Nifong has the attention of the media and and the nation for now. Will he do the right thing?

What happened to the Ameriskank in the Duke case and her lying ass stripping friends? She should be hung out to dry somewhere in the desert.

She should be listed on a sex offender registry for RAPE and ATTEMPTED RAPE because she had made false accusations before the Duke University crime.

..and this is a blatant misuse of race by trashy women. They were just mad because those men did not want them. Women get furious when they are rejected by men. I should know, I reject Ameriskanks all the time. I DO NOT agree with blacks of low to no integrity attempting to use race to account for their own negative behavior. In my opinion this had nothing to do with race--although I don't think he should have called them niggers(THAT COMMENT was racist. He could have called them "dirty ass whores who probably have AIDS" *grin*)--and the women(like most black women and some weak ass black men who go along with negative black women) simply used racism to cover up the fact that they as individuals are no good people without enough intelligience or courage to offer the world anything worthwhile.

This is an example of women using "one's sex" when it benefits them and the oft-ignored "race" when that would bring benefits. I can't stand Ameriskanks. They have no integrity or morals at all. Nor did the father in this case. When I say black MEN are suffering, I mean MEN not whiny little morons that use racism as their own "get out of responsiblity free" card. That is as bad as feminism. The father was a fucking liar and should be reprimanded for making false statements to protect his nasty ass daughter. I hate weak ass black men like that who acquiesce to any ignorant woman's desires and end up making a fool of themselves. That entire case is an embarrasment to the responsible black communities. Irresponsible blacks--just like irresponsible whites--need to be penalized for the damage they do and this woman was not. They should have picked up her lying half chinese friend and the weak ass father too.

This lying HAS to end and I will NOT support lies even if a black person does it. I can't stand a dishonest person. Where is Crystal Mangum's trial? Where is her fathers' trial? Where is the other skanks' trial? The racial comment was exploited to align blacks with these whores--women(and weak male faggots) in the media keep doing this(i.e. using blacks to support bullshit like angry, tacky women)--and even then like always "sexism"(and other pro-woman ideology) was promoted as the real wrongdoing.
