Domestic Violence Registry proposed in Pennsylvania: "Robin's Law"

First New York wants to put Dog Tags on men accused of domestic violence and then THIS. Excerpt:

"Two years after a man shot his wife and later killed himself in Quakertown, officials in the Upper Bucks borough will likely urge commonwealth legislators to create a state-wide Internet registry of domestic violence offenders to help prevent such tragedies from happening again.
Borough council expects to approve a resolution tonight calling on the Legislature to pass a bill known as “Robin's Law.”

Introduced in the state House on May 31, the bill would create a Megan's Law-style database. Instead of sexual predators though, the picture, address and crime of domestic violence convicts will be posted online for anyone to see, according to a preliminary draft of the bill."

The campaign to get every single man alive on some predator website continues with no end in sight. All fathers beware, it may be your picture on the Internet when your wife is ready to leave you but wants to keep the kids and the house. Don't for one second think that just because you've never laid a hand on any woman ever your picture won't end up on that site.

Geez...i understand that domestic violence is wrong [no matter which gender commits it], but these two things are going too far! There ain't no fucking way that they're ever gonna put dog tags [or collars] on me...true my girl and I will get into minor arguments, no matter how extreme they become...I hope they think about what they're doing, because that's just stooping down to a new level--underneath the cesspool! Bastards! Try and lay low guys...FOR A HOUSEBOY!

I was amused when clicking into the link for this piece to be greeted by a large banner advertisement for a Father's Day sale...

Are they selling fathers at a deep discount now?

(From the paper's report) --

"According to the preliminary bill, offenders convicted of a domestic violence offense punishable by a minimum prison stint of at least two years will be on the registry."

While it's unclear, this suggests that the DV conviction would have to be a felony-level offense.

I believe records of persons convicted of felonies are already published on publicly accessible web sites -- so is this proposed "Robin's Law" just a politician's re-election scam, i.e. cheap and easy public relations nonsense?

Will child murderers, the majority of whom are mothers, also be mandated to register?

I wonder if the yuppie muck raker Michael Moore would ever do an expose' of the governmental crap and inequality men face in today's misandric America and the West too?

Why doesn't he expose the child support racket for starters?

Men as a group are the new "niggers" of society. We don't have the civil rights of hogs! And you thought we lived in a civilized society? Get a damned clue!

I'm not all that familiar with all of Michael Moore's political viewpoints, but on the face of it he seems like a douchebag.
