The fact that she and her sisters are exploiting men's sexuality for money never even crosses her mind. Or his. When women exploit men, it's empowerment. When men exploit women, it's a crime.

The only part of her interview that wasn't ridiculous was the idea that stripping and the sex trade are just jobs like any other. These women aren't being forced into it any more than I'm being forced to do what I do to earn a living. For that reason, they SHOULD form a performer's union or guild of some kind (why haven't they already), and put benefits in place for one another. A job is a job is a job. Women who act in Hollywood films take their clothes off for money. They're unionized. Strippers should do the same.

Honestly, I've never cared for Bill O'Reilly's brand of mudslinging punditry, nor do I care for it now. Even so, I have seen his act before, and I was astonished that he lacked the courage to accuse this stripper of exploiting men for money, or of nearly hooking her way through her academic life.

But I'll give the tattooed "lady" this much: at least she had the decency not to talk about how it's all about the "oppression" of women.

Even so, I think I'll go bleach my eyes AND my brain now. Damn!

As for stripping being "stigmatized", of course stripping is "stigmatized"! These women are exploiting people's sexuality for money. THAT'S why it's stigmatized.

There should be a reality TV show, this ugly stripper should be the host - or maybe the director since she might be to ugly for a well lit TV studio. But it should be her thesis brought to life! And it should be aimed at pre-teen - or tween as they are called these days - girls!

It should be called "The wonderful world of strippers! Make your own dreams of riches and popularity!" - or something catchy to that effect that we pay marketing people to dream up.

It would be the highest rated show both in its demographic and in general in the history of television!

And we all know which gender watches the most TV don't we - especially that reality TV shit.

Funny, the only one I've heard running down men around here is MrReality.

He's got a strange impression of the guys around here. There is FAR more diversity here then he seems to realize. We've got members from at least 3 continents, at least 5 countries, we've got members of various ethnicities, various religious faiths, various sexual orientations etc... and there really isn't much conflict. That's pretty cool if you ask me. That makes me proud to be a part of this community. Everyone doesn't always agree and sometimes debates get a bit heated, but no one seems to take it to personally and everyone stays pretty respectful. Can't ask for better considering this is in fact a diverse group of people leading very different life styles. Plus there are members here that spend every day working their asses off at their own expense to further the movement and that blog entry of his is truly an insult to their tireless efforts. We are all doing our part to further the cause in the best way we know how and to the best efforts we can afford to expend. He has no clue how much good the members of this site have done for men everywhere.

I think MrReality's sole purpose is to destroy any unity among men. He doesn't want unity among men, he merely wants to replace feminism with his own personal brand of totalitarianism.

His vision of the mens movement makes feminism look loving and gentle.

The most positive thing I can think of saying about him is that at least he more or less doesn't discriminate - the only group alive he seems to have any affection for is black men - in those he wishes death and suffering upon. Men, women, children, he'd like to see them all killed, tortured or both if his various posts are to believed. He's no 'hater of women' alright - he just plain hates everyone.

I mostly agree with what you're saying again, Paragon; especially around how well such a diverse group of men are able to get along and work together.

I do disagree with one thing you've said though...

The way I see it, MrReality is a shit disturber. I don't think he's out to destroy men's unity. He's out to stir up some shit and wants to be responsible for getting people to see things differently.

I think that's a good thing. It certainly keeps the discussion interesting, and helps to bring in new perspectives.

He might not take criticism well and he's got definite biases; but who doesn't. I think he's doing a favour overall by laying out his opinions, and laying them out clearly. He does need to get used to people not agreeing with him, though, and not going over the top with defensive attacks.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if he included me in his list of people that he thinks are "bitches" because they spend too much time considering the other sides to issues. If MrReality doesn't like that, well that's fine. I can live with that. That's who I am, and I don't make any apologies for attempting to think about and understand a bigger picture. For me, the alternative there is unthinkable. I'm sure that's true for a lot of other MRA's as well.

You know who else wished death upon others? The Nazis. And IMHO MrReality is nothing more than a hate monger of a Nazi. And to pay him any sort of regard as an MRA is a disgrace to us all. He has his own personal agenda and he is trying to use this site and OUR mission to push his own message of hate and intolerance. He is spiting in each and every one of our faces and we sit her and defend him and his rights to his opinions. I for one will say it is wrong. And if we let him push his hate on us and others from here we are no better than the feminists who defend feminist-liars tooth and nail for no other reason than they are women, no matter how large their load of bullcrap is. And I find it hard to watch the moderators of this site allow him to preach his hate, and his "blog" of feminist style fascism here. But I don't pay the bills, I just buy the bumper stickers. Sometimes there are trolls who try to start arguments on this board, to cause dissent and/or make us look bad. I think sometimes, even more than one troll is involved to start an exchange.
