Girls tell of abuse by mother: Jury Weeps with emotion

Story here. Excerpt:

"Barely able to see over the witness stand, twin 8-year-old sisters made a Macomb County jury cry Friday as they described the abuse they suffered at the hands of the adoptive mother accused of torturing them.

In sundresses and ponytails, the twin girls testified separately that 30-year-old Tamika Williams beat them with cable wire, shoes and exercise equipment; bathed them in bleach water; burned them with cigarettes; and dunked them in a toilet filled with urine."

Usually women's needs trump even those of children, but when it comes to crimes committed I don't know..but one thing is for sure, this criminal cannot take her own medicine (i.e. emotional female testimony being used _against_ her).

...and the severity of sentences, we can determine that western society regards women as being the biggest victims of them all. That's how a numeric majority of the population has managed to usurp programs meant to help actual minorities.

RM's statement about people usurping the benefits meant for actual minorities is head-on.

Let's just put it out there: White soccer moms--or white women period--cannot even conceive the trifles African-Americans go through daily. They claim to be aligned with black men but to tell the truth I have more in common with white males whom tend to be more accepting of others. White females seem more interested in proving that they are better than men. In a nutshell their entire "women's movement" is a sham. To take it a step further: African-American women do not have to deal with even half of the racial/gender-related issues African-American males are forced to deal with. How many white women accept, follow, and endorse Oprah while bashing black males along with Oprah?

I've said it before and I will say it again. The so-called "women's movement" was largely a sham meant to usurp the benefits and rights won by the civil rights movement.

Until men come to terms with this and how their own women have been bamboozling them for years we will contine to sit around and complain about how bad things are even while having little to no power to change them. Good post RM, great post actually.

I'm just wondering more about where you are coming from.

Are black men the only minority that exists to you?

Every post, black men this, black men that... used synonymously with the word minority.

What about other minorities? What about Korean men, Native American Men (can anyone honestly say they don't have legitimate grievances? They weren't enslaved they were slaughtered), Arabic men etc...?

Don't they all suffer as well?

But all I hear you up in hear saying is 'what about the black man!?'

I ask because I very much believe that RMs post was not aimed directly and exclusively at black men but rather ANY group that is a numeric minority be they black, white, brown, red, yellow, albino...

At least that's how I interpret it.

...since they are both females. At least each of them have a fighting chance being that they are members of the royal sex.

...but MrReality's comments are also spot-on. African Americans were the focus of the American civil rights movement, so naturally they're the ones being shortchanged the most by feminists stealing the fire from minorities seeking change through that movement. Of course Native Americans and other minorities also face longer odds because of the women's movement hijacking the civil rights movement, but I still think I have to agree with MrReality that it is black men who have been hit the hardest by feminism's theft of the civil rights movement in America.

In addition to the misandry that's resulted from feminism and which all men face, black men are also facing the theft of the movement that was originally intended to help black men and women overcome the obstacles they faced long before women helped themselves to the civil rights movement.

Yes. Black men face the burden of racism and then must addionally deal with misandry on top of that. Black females may face racism but their burden is softened by being a woman. Longevity is about the same for white males and black females with the black females living a bit longer. Just look at the stats on black males and black females. On most scales black females are far in front of black males. Why? Because the black males have the worst of both worlds.

Jack Kammer talks about the differences in impact of slavery on black men versus black women and sagely points out that the black man's identity was erased when he lost all power within his family unit while the black female's identity was marginally maintained by her bearing children and caring for those children. I hope as time goes on that black and white males will start to see their common ground and form alliances.
