Woman who sold child sex jailed

'A female pimp who lured girls as young as 12 into prostitution by getting them hooked on drugs has been jailed.

Walsh, of Kilburn, north-west London, was given a 10-year prison term after she pleaded guilty to four counts of child prostitution and supplying drugs.

Joanna Korner QC, prosecuting, said the two victims were vulnerable as they were from "dysfunctional, single parent family backgrounds".
"She cynically and cold-bloodedly befriended them in order to use them for her own purposes," she said.
"She exercised control over them through the belief she was their friend and by supplying drugs."'

Women have a larger role in child sex abuse then believed
Women are not merely the victims in the sex trade game. They are often the head of the whole operation.
Just as long before feminism was ever a glimmer in a rich bored woman's eye, there were many, many females 'ruling the roost' and cracking the whip on their husbands exercising complete control of the goings on at home, women are often the head of local, national, and international prostitution and child sex organizations.
It's a role sadistic women are well suited for because they have absolute power but operate out of the lime light so no one can discover the horror they take pleasure in.
The sex trade is definitely not solely the fault of men; and women pretty much have the child abuse market cornered as mothers alone are responsible for more then 50% of it all - and those studies still deny women are sex abusers. If we actually did comprehensive studies about who's actually sexually abusing kids we'd have to accept that women are much more involved then we'd like to admit.
10 years for a female child pimp and drug dealer. Anyone familiar enough with UK laws and sentencing practices to know what a male who sexually abuses one child - with or without violence or coercion or drugs - gets?
Just curious if a man with impulse control problems - highly treatable - gets more then a calculated sadistic child pimp who happens to be a woman.
