Lafave must stand trial - agreement rejected!

quetzal writes "As you may recall, Debra Lafave was the woman arrested for sexual battery in Florida a few months ago. She then reached an agreement with the victim's family such that she would serve no jail time. The agreement has now been nullified by a judge, and it appears she will stand trial for the Marion County charges (and possibly the Hillsborough County charges)!!
