F4J Men to be Re-Prosecuted

Three F4J protesters who were cleared of conspiracy charges are, apparently, to be "retried" - that is, re-prosecuted for the same alleged crime! The story is here.
The phrase "miscarriage of justice" leaps to mind. Then again, why should anyone be too surprised?
