... of ways a woman annoyed with a man for whatever reason can make his life miserable. The opps for misuse are enormous.

It's already illegal to catcall women, or men. Current harassment laws already cover it. Making a new feminist-inspired law forbidding it really will do nothing except place otherwise innocent men in danger of false accusations leading to years in jail.
