Their affair exposed, woman tries to run over daughter’s husband

Article here. Excerpt:

'A Jupiter woman is facing a felony charge after she allegedly tried to run over her daughter’s husband with her Mercedes-Benz, according to an arrest report.

Kathleen Regina Davis, 58, admitted to Palm Beach Gardens police she had an affair with the 33-year-old man while he was with her daughter, the report said. Davis said the man ruined her relationship with her daughter after he told her of the affair.

That led Davis on Sept. 20 to the man’s house in the 4400 block of Crestdale Street, west of Interstate 95 and north of Northlake Boulevard, where she allegedly tossed several eggs at his residence and vehicles. When police arrived, they saw Davis driving in circles in the front yard of the house while attempting to hit the man with her Mercedes.'

... by telling her about the affair he was h@ving with her mother.

OK, so SHE had nothing to do with it?

Mom starts banging her son-in-law. SIL grows a conscience and confesses he's diddling his MIL to his wife. Wife is understandably upset that her own mother is getting tapped by her loving husband and mom in response tries to run over her SIL/boy-toy with a Mercedes.

Why do I get the feeling mom didn't herself earn the money to buy her ride/SIL-bulldozer?

Possibly because if you make enough $ to blow it on a high-end internal combustion engine on wheels, chances are you have the ability to take responsibility for yourself and your decisions. Not always, but typically. Just a hunch. Wonder who sprang for that ride? Three guesses.

Well anyway, plenty of blame to go around. But ultimately it comes down to this: should a person pay for infidelity, or placing others in embarrassing/difficult circumstances because of it, with his or her life?

If your answer is yes, so long as the person in question is of a particular sex, then that's not good, though it may be more common than some believe.

the article says this:

"Davis told officers she wanted to run the man over and wanted him to die."

then, further down says:

"Davis is facing a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill..."

If that's what those Jupiter women are like, I'll take the ones from Venus! At least men are still from Mars.
