SecDef: Women in Combat Could Be More Vulnerable to Sexual Predators

Article here. Excerpt:

'Allowing women to serve in ground combat positions could make them more vulnerable to sexual predators, Secretary of Defense Ash Carter told Reserve Officers’ Training Corps cadets Wednesday.

At least 18,900 service members experienced unwanted sexual contact last year, according to Defense Department estimates. As DoD takes steps to address the epidemic, the services are also studying the implications of opening ground combat positions to female service members.
...
“Obviously, as we get women into more unaccustomed positions, maybe dangerous isolated positions, maybe positions where they are fewer in relation to the number of men, it opens up opportunities for predators,” Carter said.'

Rather than admit women into ground combat MOSs is not likely to happen w/out reducing MOS qualific'n stds, the DoD needs to come up w/ excuses to bail on the cause. It's laying the groundwork now by not admitting women as a category of person are unable consistently to meet the physical demands of ground infantry combat but instead going for the nymphotropic/misandry solution. Yes, men under fire in close-quarter combat can think of nothing more than raping or molesting their female comrades-in-arms who, btw, are armed and know how to use their weapons. Sexual preds just LOVE to target well-armed and -trained people as victims. Yep.

How dumb do they think we are?
