President Obama commits battery against Illinois voter

Story here.  So, Mr. Feminist POTUS thinks he's *entitled* to hugging and kissing women he doesn't know without their express permission?  AND he does so with the apparent motivation to show some other man he can put his hands on and kiss the man's girlfriend, just to show how *powerful* he is?  If he had been an "ordinary" man, how would this scene have looked?  A lot different, yes?  If he had been on a college campus and an undergrad (male, of course), such would have been a punishable offense, by up to and including expulsion, with a mere accusation, witnessed or not by a 3rd party.  That is, it'd be called a sexual assault.  But he did in fact break Illinois criminal law with what he did.  Read it here, 720 ILCS 38 5/12-3: "(a) A person commits battery if he or she knowingly without legal justification by any means (1) causes bodily harm to an individual or (2) makes physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with an individual."  I'd say hugging and kissing a person you don't know, and doing so with the expressed intent to bug said person's S.O., is pretty provoking, yes?  And, rather insulting to the young woman.  After all, he had no right to her body (contact therewith), but that didn't stop him.  The Barack Obama of his college years placed on a campus in CA today would be in trouble for what he did, wouldn't he?  That's the world he helped to create.  And it's recorded on video and is being reported by every major news outlet in America.

Laws, say kings, are made for ordinary men, but monarchs may do as they will.  There was a reason why the British colonies here in N. America rebelled and eventually threw off monarchy and established a nation of laws and not men (i.e., no rule-by-personality, at least not just one man's).  Mr. Obama has just reminded us of why.

But still, I ask, when will he be charged and tried for battery for what he just did?  My guess is never.  What a feminist!  What an integral character!  What a man of principle and discretion!  No, just your typical politician-- one set of rules for him, another for everyone else.  And yet somehow, feminists continue to support him.

I observed Mr. Obama hugging a female voter or supporter on a newscast in the not-too-distant past. He just walked right up and gave her a hug. The audacity of the man! A clear sexual assault in front of God and everybody.

Perhaps, of course, he had permission beforehand. But what's the life expectancy of permission? Is it 5 minutes. 30? Does anybody know? Anyway, there's a good chance his permission had already expired before he hugged her.

Or perhaps he had hugged her before and figured it was okay to hug her again. Sorry, frat boy, that's not the way it works. You have to get permission for each hug. A previous hug in no way implies you have permission to hug her again.

But don't worry, Mr. President. You'll be treated just like any other frat boy. You'll be tried by an administrator who gets paid for every guilty verdict using the highest legal standard: preponderance of evidence. Oh, wait, that's the lowest legal standard. Who cares? It's just a sexual assault charge. Your buddy Bill had sex with Monica in the White House and he's still married to Hil. Of course, that was then. This is now. We have new rules now.

Perhaps you might be better off asking for a coin toss.
