Woman makes sex tape with two underage girls, gets no jail time

'A NSW woman who starred in home-made pornographic movies with two teenage girls - who she likened to American celebrities the Olsen twins - has had her jail term erased.

South Australia's Full Court of the Court of Criminal Appeal today replaced Rebecca Jane Clarke's "excessive" 12-month jail term with a two-year good behaviour bond.

The 23-year-old, of Goulburn in NSW, remains a convicted sex offender, but only for now.

Although the court upheld her convictions, she has flagged a High Court challenge so she can pursue her dream of working with disadvantaged children.

In December 2007, Clarke was found guilty of producing child pornography - a DVD in which she has sex with two 14-year-old girls while saying "I feel like a child molester".

Her lawyers told the court the sentence set a dangerous precedent for "innocent, luckless" people who unwittingly had sex with teenagers "made up" like adults.

Further, she wanted her convictions overturned and her name removed from the sex offenders register so she could seek employment as a social worker for troubled children.'

James Kevin Pope will die behind bars, and this woman is being freed to allow her to pursue a career working with children?

Perhaps she feels like a child molester because if she was a he she would be legally considered one and treated like the worst kind of scum known to exist.

What about the BS that this recording of the 'abuse' means the victims will forever be abused over and over again because it must be kept as a record that they always spew when a male is charged with such a thing?

Oh well, Justice likes to lift her blindfold and wink at female defendants the world over doesn't she?

Who operated the video camera during her trists with these minor-aged girls?

Will that person also be prosecuted?

Is Rebecca Jane Clarke's protected status as a lesbian influencing the courts?

if there was say a man taking the video that would be considered
an outrage. probably only if he was straight.
here any straight guy involved would probably have to serve centuries behind
bars being raped himself.

what is really amazing is that this sort of insanity isn't just
confined to one country. the whupped puppy syndrone the males
appear to be inflicted with seems to have affected several, mostly
English speaking countries.

wonder if there is a correlation between a lack of men w/ a backbone
and speaking English? somebody had to really be asleep at the wheel for
quite a while for things to get this insane.

had enough feminist butt kissing yet guys, are is it going to be
just OK for your children to have sex w/ adults?

At one point on the video the article mentions she refers to one of the teen girls breast as feeling "like a 10 year olds"

If a man were to make such a comment on a video of him having sex with a minor you can bet your and and the other three and a half billion men on Planet Earths lives that he would be deemed a pedophile and locked away for much longer then your average murderer and also every child he's ever met in his life would be questioned to see if he's abused them.

This bitch is still going to be allowed to pursue a CAREER working with kids. There has never been a larger double standard then that bullshit.

If there is such a thing as karma, maybe one of the kids she works with will falsely accuse her of abuse, and she'll go to jail for that. Oh wait, I forgot, that only works for men. When a man is falsely accused, he's usually thrown in jail even without sufficient evidence. When a female is accused of having sex with minors, and there's even video evidence of the perversion, she still doesn't get punished. It makes me want to puke. Just more evidence for my book about justice systems being a misandric joke.
