Clearfield police say teen lied about church rape

If men can be set up to be caught in an internet underage sex sting where no underage victim even existed but can still be prosecuted for solicitation then why can't this criminal brat be prosecuted more severely than a Class A misdemeanor? Any blond man with facial hair could have been arrested if they happened to have been in the immediate vicinity! Yet she is getting sympathy? Something is seriously wrong with this picture!

When this little liar was asked to provide a description of the non-existent man who did not rape her, she had to make up a plausible lie. What do you think she would have based her fabrication on? Most probably some real man she had seen or met at some time, perhaps with a little embellishment here and there. Describing someone you have encountered and who you can picture in your mind's eye is so much easier than concocting a completely make-believe description out of nowhere. So it is likely that a real man fitting her description does exist in the vicinity.

Think about that; then think of how many women have met you and can remember your appearance. It only takes one of them to decide she wants some attention and notoriety for herself, or needs an excuse for her bad behaviour, for you to be on a short list from which she will make her selection to describe to the local police.

What a lovely society we have created for ourselves by giving women free rein to do whatever they want to men.

As in a female of legal age misrepresenting herself to be underage soliciting sex gets the man prosecuted for pedo.
As in an underage female representing herself to be of legal age soliciting sex gets the man prosecuted for for pedo.
As in a female of legal age representing herself to be of legal soliciting sex from a man gets the man arresting for solicitation.
As in a female of legal age representing herself to be of legal age yet under the influence of intoxicating drugs (predominantly alcohol) soliciting a fellow bar patron for sex gets the man prosecuted for 'date rape' under the 'diminished capacity' caveat.
As in a female of legal age representing herself to be of legal age however changes her desires (ie 'withdraws consent' after the fact) soliciting sex from a fellow party goer gets the man prosecuted for rape.
Does nobody else recognize the fundamental flaw in this policy of incarcerating men for having a libido?
Does nobody else wonder why men are increasingly choosing to [Just Say No]... (not to drugs... to women).
On the plus sude, for every claim of "RAPE!!!" affirmed to be a False Accusation... we're one step closer to the day men accused of sex crimes may yet recieve 'Due Process of Law' and the presumption of 'Innocent Until Proved Guilty' ie an impartial (and unbiased) investigation of fact and circumstance.
And perhaps even a fair hearing of all inclusive and pertinent fact before a jury at trial.
