Playing Both Sides

Anonymous User writes "The NCFM regarding the article in the NY Times here

I don't think this is something that the NCFM should be celebrating -- another poorly veiled power grab by 4th/5th wave feminists. The NYT is printing this article not because they are stepping back on feminism, but because they are stepping up. They want women to rule the workplace AND the family. Women can have as much as they choose to want in the world of employment - time to put the brakes on men when it comes to family.

Don't be convinced by this feminine stroke on the male ego. (Oooh you big strong working man!) I'm certainly not impressed."

Teacher Wrote Love Letters To Student

CPM writes "Age issues aside, there seems to be some serious stalking issues going on here. Also interesting is that the attorney for the school board is concerned about how this could disrupt the school. HELLO!!! Screw the school, how about the poor boy who has some whack job psuedo teacher stalking him ready to ruin any meaningful relationships that he may develop. It's a matter of time before she will defend herself with phony sex assault allegations."

DV Against Men (Barbados)

Mangesh writes "A meeting of police officials and other govt agencies dealing with DV was held in Barabados. The main focus was violence against women, but DV against men was also discussed, which is `swept under the proverbial carpet'. Some participants also acted out a scene where a man is facing physical abuse (the story carries a picture of the scene). Some awareness! Read it here"

An 11 year old girl arrested for filing a false rape

SuzMemphis sent us this article (registration required) and writes "In Memphis, TN an 11 year old girl accused a man of rape, but for once someone LISTENED to her story and found it to be false. Instead of allowing her to ruin an innocent person's life, she was arrested for the false accusation. Perhaps this is an indication that this horrible habit of believing all children without question will come to an end? We sure hope so!
We did notice that folks are still making excuses for this appalling behavior, but as long as justice is served, that's ok with us. We don't want children hurt either."

Defendants to Pay $100 Fine for Being Served with a Restraining Order in NC

Michael_NC writes "An article in the Raleigh, NC News and Observer tells of new regulations and laws for domestic violence. The one thing that stands out the most is the introduction of a $100 fee that the person served with a restraining order would have to pay to help defray administrative costs. So lets see if I have this right. I saved the text of the article, so email me if you would like it. A woman gets a restraining order on dubious grounds to make room for a new boyfriend. So not only is the current guy out on the street, he gets to pay $100 for the privilege? I think this is rotten to the core."

Spike TV Announces "First Network for Men"

Rand T. sent us this article about Spike TV positioning themselves as the first network geared exclusively towards men: ""Every day in every way, Spike TV is revealing just how testosterone-lite television used to be... Now, the only cable network to actively alienate women has assembled its first slate of news and documentary programs aimed specifically at men."" They also mention a series they're developing called "True Dads" about the issues that fathers face.

Spiderman Found Not Guilty

Raymond Cuttill writes "From the Men's Hour Blog: Today in London, to applause from Fathers 4 Justice supporters in the court room, Dave "Spiderman" Chick was found not guilty of causing a public nuisance when he climbed a crane last November by Tower Bridge, London and stayed there 6 days to highlight his being illegally stopped from seeing his 4 year old daughter. It emerged that the police used the road closures around the crane, which caused 2 hour plus traffic jams in central London, as a bargaining tool with Dave and didn't open them because it would weaken their case. Dave called the verdict "Common sense" and as to further protests he said "Watch this space!""

Again...Yahoo Puts Killing of a Husband in "Oddly Enough" Section

this is not equality writes "As we have come to expect from Yahoo..."A Portuguese woman confessed to murdering her husband and hiding his body in a kitchen freezer for three years." I realize that the freezer makes it a bit odd, but if the husband and wife were reversed, you can bet the story would not wind up in Oddly Enough."

Lynndie England : Quintessential Feminist

Looks like America's feminist darling, Lynndie England, just keeps getting in deeper and deeper. I saw part of her interview last night on the news, and the reporter handled her with kid gloves, feeding her opportunities to justify her actions. Among other things, she claimed that she was just following orders. Well, now it comes out that she was recorded having sex with numerous partners, in some cases in front of Iraqi prisoners. How many people believe that she was just following orders to have sex in front of numerous viewers including prisoners, who had no choice in the matter?

I can understand the argument for refusing to release the new photos and videos to the public, at least until after investigations and trials are over. I'd hate to see evidence compromised. After the trials, though, I hope they become public. This babe is a pure expression of feminist culture, and it would be good for all interested adults to be able to graphically see what that means.

Now Racism Used To Get Back At Males

Luek writes "A 15 year old Ohio school girl reported that several white boys she knew, one of which was her insensitive boyfriend, were going to shoot black students in her school on the anniversary of the Columbine Massacre. She concocted this story to get back at her boyfriend. Also true to form, she accused one hapless young male of, drum roll please...sexual assault. It is time to publish the names of these "nasty girls" who use accusations to "get back" at males they don't like!"

McElroy Comments on Fraternity Perceptions and Stereotypes

Wendy McElroy writes in her latest FoxNews column about the stereotypes people have regarding fraternities. She examines the media portrayal of fraternities and comments on the modern day "threat" fraternities pose to political correctness on campus. That threat is likely the primary reason why anti-male groups on campuses have such free reign to bash fraternity members as rapists and terrorists.

No Arrests in CU's Rape Allegations

I've placed this article under education, because I think the whole situation points to the American culture of anti-male bias that is centered in the nation's schools. You can bet the Attorney General looked long and hard to find prosecutable evidence of rape in these cases, yet his office made a "unanimous decision against charges." This whole thing stinks of a witch hunt. Feminists have testified before the investigating committee that a culture of rape exists at CU. It's time more men started standing up for themselves and each other by pointing out that a culture of false sexual assault accusations exists throughout American society.

This reminds me of the charges at the Air Force Academy. Many women claimed they were sexually assaulted, but the woman, who was in charge of looking into such matters, said that not one claim involving any type of coercion came before her. Some of the accusers claimed they were punished for coming forward with their charges, but I was left wondering if they admitted that they were drunk, when the alleged assaults took place, and they were in fact punished for getting drunk. (I'm pretty sure that getting drunk is a violation of academy rules.)

Living in Colorado, the current epicenter of this cultural earthquake, (Kobe Bryant, the Air Force Academy scandal, the CU football scandal), I can report first hand that more and more people around here are starting to see what's going on. Many parents of football players are in fact stating outright that this is a witch hunt.

IMPRISON FALSE ACCUSERS!
