CA Appellate Court Overturns Paternity Fraud Judgment

Marc writes "The Second District Court of Appeal of California just overturned L.A. County's false paternity judgment against Manuel Navarro! L.A. County KNEW the child was not his because a paternity test excluded him, and it knew that he never raised the child, and yet it pursued child support against him as it has for thousands of other men. Navarro appealed, and the appellate court reversed it and said it is WRONG of L.A. County to do this. Paternity fraud victims should use this landmark decision, as controlling authority in CA, and as persuasive authority outside CA, to overturn their false paternity judgments. Please distribute this case to all PF victims. It is at here (PDF File) Marc"

2 Women Go On Crime Spree

Luek writes " Who says girls are made of "sugar and spice and everything nice?" These two monsters killed three men for just $30 to $200 dollars each in a six week long crme spree! It must have been for "kicks" since there was very little money taken. The money must have been an after thought."

Study Finds Girls Molest Young Boys

Roy writes "New research from New Zealand discovers under-reporting of female sexual predation of young boys, suggesting that it is more widespread than limited media coverage would indicate.

Interestingly, social reaction to young male molestation is typically that it is a "positive, developmental" experience, quite unlike being raped if you are female!

Woman Gets 5 Years For Sex With Foster Son

Anonymous User writes "Here is a story about a very bad foster mother "(Whited) used every means possible to control him, including alcohol and threatening suicide," said Lane. "(She) prohibited him from sleeping in his own room and constantly harassed him after he left the residence." It also says
"During that time the boy contracted an incurable sexually transmitted disease from Whited.""

Judge favours father over mother in custody dispute

Amom User writes "That unusual still that this is the actual headline of the piece in the UK's Telegraph newspaper. What's really great though, is that it appears that there has been some real, though small, movement for father's rights here: "Mrs Justice Bracewell supported calls for new legislation. The courts needed the ability to refer parties to mediation at any stage of the proceedings and additional powers were required, short of imprisonment, to enforce contact orders." It still took a case involving "constant litigation since the year 2000, which has involved 17 court orders and directions and 16 judges" for her to realise this, but it's a small step forward."

Girls Know The Rules Don't Apply To Them

Benjamin Adam Studtmann writes "These two bits of news are a trifle old, but I didn't run across them when the initial debacles happened. To me, the key quote was "girls know the rules don't apply to them". Welcome to the happy place."

A critique of the modern world

Anonymous User writes "Here is an interesting essay
on the 1970's post-apocalyptic film Logans Run. The author takes the reader through the story line of Logans Run and analyzes its Freudian/Jungian meanings, especially in relation to the 60's generation that the film was aimed at.

The author sees Logans Run as a critque of the feminist dominated post 60's era, which over-protects and controls people, while also imprisoning them in a neurotic pleasure seeking consumerism, where masculinity and the realities of life are kept from them. The author sees the film suggesting that the weakness of the modern paternal role combined with the overpowering strength of the maternal/feminist role is the primary cause of this situation.

These findings could never be more relevant than today, with childern of dysfunctional families without a strong paternal presence falling deeper into a false pleasure-seeking neurosis comprised of over-eating, isolationism, TV, computers, drugs and suicide."

Dan Reynolds' "Men Are Idiots" feature

mens_issues writes "How's this for the bottom of the misandric barrel. Cartoonist Dan Reynolds has created a series of cartoons that were posted on MSN's "Daryl Cagle's Professional Cartoonist's Index." The whole spectrum of misandric themes is covered in this sexist anti-male collection. See for yourself

here

I'm waiting for Dan Reynolds to come out with an equivalent "Women Are Idiots" collection of cartoons (sarcasm).

Father Knows Best? Not if he’s Homer

CJ writes "Here
is an MSN article that outlines TV's worst and best dads. Naturally the article was written by a liberal woman who chose to take a humorous view of the grossly negative portrayal of fathers on TV for the past several decades instead of asking why fathers are bashed in modern media. Dads from vintage shows were omitted, as "we (she) had to draw the line somewhere." By doing so the article neglects to note that the state of fatherhood has been reduced to almost a purely dysfunctional state on TV. The author chose to add feminist issues that occurred on these shows mixed in with occasional compliments towards TV dads/men. She has no real interest in fatherhood (nor does MSNBC), then again, what feminist does? Take a minute to vote for your favorite dad."

Another female teacher has sex with 14-year-old

Alderwoman found guilty

Ragtime writes "Finally, this nut-bar has been found guilty.

What's really appalling is the kid-gloves treatment she's getting: she needs "psychiatric assessment" and "time to heal." Amazingly, her husband, who her lawyer tried to portray as the perp, is standing by her. Personally, I think he should run like hell away from her as fast as he can. And get this; she still has her seat as an alderwoman! Though the mayor is thinking of asking her to stand down... The mind boggles."

Group Says No Such Thing as False Rape Reporting

amperro writes "The National Coalition Against Violent Athletes (here) insists that false rape accusations are almost non-existent. In fact, they claim that there are more people who fake their own deaths than there are those who file a false rape report. They use a "quote" from the FBI to support this claim. I'm skeptical of that claim."

Liberty and Justice for All (except men)

Ray writes "Here is an important story about proposed legislation that could have a Draconion effect on men's activism as well as a stifling effect on free speech in America in general, Afraid to Say What We Think . This is yet one more example of the erosion of America's constitutional freedoms. It appears that soon it will be only men who will be allowed to be targets of hate crimes. This article proves yet again why Carey Roberts is one of the most insightful commentators writing on issues affecting men. I sent e-FAXes to elected representatives today, alerting them to the dangers of this unAmerican legislation."

Lopsided at the top. Girls rule academia.

CJ writes "For the past five graduating classes, girls have made up a majority of Boston's top-ranked high school seniors. The girls' share of the No. 1 rank started creeping up and reached 80 percent this year. This numbers reflects decades of local and national efforts to broaden girls' career aspirations and guide them into college, educators say (when will the boys receive the same?) “A lot of the reasons women made gains are the specific programs made for them -- programs for math, for science, mentoring that give them a high level of support," Said Andrew M. Sum, director of Northeastern University's Center for Labor Market Studies. Other quotes from the article in the Boston Globe: “it is girls' nature to be more focused,” "Guys are not as organized as we are,” "They're boys -- they mature a little bit after we do." As graduates lined up Friday afternoon in the gymnasiums, seniors pointed out the academic divide, far more girls wore honor society vests than boys. It is clear that secondary academic institutions (especially in MA) have become hostile environments for boys, and nurturing empowering environments for girls. Feminism is to blame for the war on boys. If boys are achieving higher scores on standardized testing, why are they so behind in academia? Please write your opinions to the Globe on this article, and do what you can to support programs that will restore academic honesty and equality to secondary education.
