Sexual Harassment charges against 13-year-olds dropped
Article here. Excerpt:
'Two 13-year-old boys accused of slapping girls' bottoms and poking or cupping girls' breasts at school apologized on Monday as a judge dismissed charges against the two, ending a six-month case that drew national attention.'
Great news! Not a complete victory though:
'The News-Register newspaper of McMinnville reported that a "civil compromise" reached by prosecutors and the defense called for both boys to apologize, to pay each of the four girls $250 and to complete a "boundaries education" program.'
Of course, the girls that were playing this game will not have to do the program or pay money (or will even be acknowledged as guilty as well). At least the boys will not be filed as sex offenders for the rest of the lives.

WTF?
Okay, it's good news these boys won't be stigmatized for life by being put in the sex offender registry but what kind of message does this compromise send to the girls? Isn't this just training for these girls on how to extract money by crying rape/assault later on - lovely. And what is this 'boundaries education' program - some kind of politically correct BS course? These boys already spent 5 days in juvenile detention; that and the apologies should be punishment enough.
$250.00?
Two hundred and fifty follars? As in, FIFTY HOURS of the minimum-wage work that a 13-year-old would probably be doing, to compensate for a momentary slap?
I'd happily have my butt slapped for a return that high!
Game, What Game?
"the girls that were playing this game"
Jesus Shit. Ok, so tell us the whole story for go Phuck yourself.

"the girls that were playing this game"
You know, that game where girls learn the rules of engagement with young males, the game where they learn that boys with their raging hormones can be easily manipulated and used for personal gain, the game where they learn that society imposes a double standard where girls are routinely treated with kid gloves by the law and can (literally) get away with murder, but boys will be held fully accountable for their actions and then some

This article from abcnews.com explains the story (but it's a little old).
Court papers said the boys touched the buttocks of several girls, some of whom said this made them uncomfortable. The papers also said Cory touched a girl's breasts. But police reports filed with the court said other students, both boys and girls, slapped each other on the bottom.
It was a game people played. Sure the boys took it too far, but the fact that the cops got involved at all shows how hypersensitive our society has become.

Believe me, feminists will be using this sort of stuff to justify an all-ages Sexual Registry for Men in the next year or so.
