I hope Mary Winkler who got away with murder never...and I mean NEVER gets custody of her children. And I hope the parents of Matthew Winkler make her life as difficult and frustrating for her as they possibly can. I hate this woman and the pro-female bias in the system that allowed her to get away with murder.

Here we go again! The poor female was criticized, talked down too and made to wear smutty outfits (oh poor baby). As an adult female she is not capable of filing for a divorce, or getting a separation, or moving out, or seeking help, or just talking to her husband. No, this 33 year old women-child is just a feeble women-child unable to make an intelligent decision.
If this society is going excuse first degree murder and not make females be accountable for their actions then they should be stripped of their right to vote!. Children are not accountable and they can’t vote, why should women be able to vote? This article failed to mention that 10 women were on the jury of 12. This is proof positive that females are incapable of understanding the concept of justice and should be stripped of all authority. This simple solution is the answer to many of the problems facing this society.

Just when you think you have heard of everything..now they give this type of psychological treatment to people (women) who have committed murder. Yes, I'm sure murdering someone is very traumatic, especially when five of your multiple personalities each realize what the sixth one has done.

If you're willing to wait, we keep pretty much on the same course we have. The most important thing to do is to form a voting block.

You're right that it will never be 100% of all men that stand up and force change but you can bet your ass it will be millions of them. The people the high powers of the land least suspect will destroy them - the ones with nothing left to lose - are always the ones throughout history to force revolution. In this case it is men who are the ones being stripped entirely of their rights for trivial and non-existent reasons.

People with nothing to lose are always the most dangerous to the people with everything to lose.

It's only a matter of time before men realize there is everything to gain by forcing change.

If all men took a "day off", then maybe women would see that men actually do work. Even now, I picture some smug little bitch, when she hears about the planned day off (assuming the idea leaks prematurely)..she would say, "oh, so men are taking a day off? So what, nothing will be any different..since they don't do any work!"
But unbeknownst to our stupid little bitch, she is only thinking of housework when she makes the absurd statement above..because: on the actual day off, she will pick up all the socks, start the laundry, sweep the kitchen, then sit down exhausted after 10 a.m. - only to turn on the tv, and NOTHING HAPPENS!! Just static, maybe one of those rainbow patterns or whatever on the screen..since the male tv station guy is at home doing nothing. So then the a/c does not work and it is 110 degrees outside..she calls the mechanic and..you guessed it..NOTHING HAPPENS!! Our mechanic is at home, doing nothing, "just like he always does" (hey, that's what HIS wife said..it MUST be true!).

Of course ultimately, dub-ya takes the day off..then we are invaded by terrorists..

...may be good. I think men are too fractured. In order to unite we first have to acknowledge each other and get to know each other. For instance, black men and white men are still letting their women drive a stake in between the white men and black men with their bile. I visit black discussion groups all the time where the black women are spewing misandry and once I manage to wake some of the brothers there up the women use racism to cloud the brother's minds again. The women almost always retaliate with ad hom attacks or start claiming "the white man" is the real enemy not the black women who was just in there spewing nothing but hatred towards black men.

Most of the black men there not KNOWING as many white males as I do personally go right along with that bullshit. Now personally I know it is simply women putting the blame on men(i.e. White Men) again so that they might continue with their schemes and deception. The truth is politicians do things to please women so if women just started acting like adults and asking for the ANTI-MALE BIAS TO END -- and stop funding misandry -- these problems would albeit disappear over night.

The "blame the white man" ploy is a favorite tactic of black women to use against a black man that may be waking up to the shafting she has been giving him for years. Just like racist white women "blamed the black man" during slavery times and had white men up in arms against them. To this day, both white and black women disgrace black men and white men by pitting one against the other mentally, financially and sexually(i.e. Claiming black men have big you know whats which is an insult not a compliment). This tactic has served one dual purpose; the empowerment and elevation of women to a royal status and the enslavement of men under women.

If this is to work MEN must get along. Not men and women...who cares what they say. No MEN must get along. A march where we can talk may work.

I just don't see that being the way it turns out. I am certain that change will come, I just think it'll be more along the lines of October 24, 1917 in Russia - a really bad day to in Government - without the communist aftermath.

Remember, I don't think change will be brought by disenfranchised dads who take the torture cause they love their kids. They have something to lose despite being almost financially destitute.

It also definitely won't come from men who try to appeal to women's sense of fair play and appease them through giving them what ever they ask for - what women want is almost never what they are asking for this minute. They stand to lose the hope that one day maybe, if they are really well behaved, they'll get laid. They'll die virgins who just never understood why pandering to women didn't get them in bed with them.

As the US government moves more and more towards an absolute authoritarian one, more and more people - almost all men - will get their rights stripped away from them and put on this no fly list or that watch list, or the sex offender registry. This creates an unemployable, legally less then human underclass. It's the people on all of the governments lists that will stand up first to force change. Whether it be former gang members - who were the actual first trial of the GPS monitoring bullshit even though sex offenders get all the press - who just want a normal life but even the guys hiring day laborers from Mexico outside Home Depot won't take them, or sex offenders who have been forced to live under a bridge in Florida or forced to sell their homes because it is within 1000 feet of a school, but between the house and the school lies the Mississippi River and there is no bridge within a thousand feet. Or people who got on the no fly list even though they are 7 years old, or because they broke the rules and snuck a bottle of water on the plane. Or the people who could no longer get security clearance for their job - and therefore lost it - because they posted drunken vacation pictures on their MySpace pages of them acting stupid. It's all the various groups of people who have arbitrarily had their rights stripped who are going to come together and change the game. The US government is actively creating the force that will destroy it.

Women and their male slaves keep pushing these biased laws into the system. They are too stupid to see what the cost will be ultimately. What it seems like is women -- out of greed and vanity -- just do things without considering the ramifications of their actions. Then once they mess something up they blame it on men.

You just watch once the revolution starts the ills of feminism will be blamed on men solely by women.

As the lists of people who pose this or threat to this or that group grow, and they are currently growing exponentially, the underclass of people who have no where to go - heck many of them couldn't get on a plane to leave the country if they wanted to because of no fly lists - grows and grows and grows.

Want to know something interesting, within 10 years at current growth rates and at the current rate at which new crimes are being invented by the State, there are going to be more men on the sex offender registry in the United States then there are people in the Military and various levels of policing combined. And that's just the sex offender registry.

The no-fly lists, the terrorist watch lists, the debtors prison lists and all the other lists that exist and will be created by then will also be very bloated.

Rome was not conquered by a foreign army, it fell apart from within. The USA will not fall to a foreign nation either at the rate they are going.

I'm not a big conspiracy guy, but I just do not see a way of sustaining the current path of creating list after list after list of people who are somehow less human then others without an uprising occurring when the people on the list have had enough.

All one needs to do is look at a history book to see how well the current tactics being employed by many Western Nations end. Authoritarian governments have never stood the test of time - every one through out history has failed.

Every witch hunt, every list, every scarlet letter, every Star of David Arm Band, every segregated resteraunt/bus/washroom/school/hospital/etc... None of those ideas lasted and most ended in violence and uprising.

So what gives people the idea the current lists will work out any better?

If you say, well most people on those list are bad people, I say well, you should stay the heck out of Australia as nearly all the non-natives there are direct decedents of criminals exiled from the British Empire. Bad acts do not necessarily a bad person make.

I am sick of people getting off so easy 7 months wow. If they have a problem where they can shoot someone they need to be put away forever whats to say it wont happen again.I havent followed this case alot but I speak from first hand experience.My brother was stabbed to death his killer was put in a mental hospital for alot longer then 7 months more like 25 yrs .They release him and what does he do he goes out and stabs someone else. I also would like to know did she ever attempt to leave him or call the cops was there any proof of what she says? To me death is death you kill someone no matter you should be punished. If you are getting abused there is always a option of leaving with all the help out there. I was also in a abusive relationship for 3 yrs but I chose to walk away it wasnt easy but it was the best choice I made and it allowed me to raise my children. Its to easy to cry abuse anymore and you dont even need to much proof I know that first hand also from a friend who tried to accuse her husband of abusing her funny thing was she made it up I lost her friendship but atleast he didnt get punished for a lie. I could go on forever so I am going to end it.
