Charged with sexual assault, Tapp eventually pleaded guilty to "offensive touching," and walked away with no jail time at all. Her punishment? She was barred from teaching in New Jersey public schools, and had to pay a $225 fine.

Offensive touching? Come on. This is getting pathetic.

Interesting, isn't it? That men do not have such euphemisms as "Offensive touching" to fall on to get out of child rape or molestation cases. But women do.
Yep, WOMEN just face too many double standards. (sarcasm, of course)

I saw one of the majors in the law on tv (grace or susteren) who was vehemently arguing with some feminist activist about a woman who murdered a husband.

She kept saying "Why are we asking 'why' she did it? If it were a man we wouldn't."

She was tearing up this feminist activist who was (with a smile plastered on her duplicitous face) who kept trying to portray a murderer as a sympathetic character.

It's changing, but slowly.
