Female Forcible-Rapist of Boy Draws Six Months of Jail
posted by Matt on 01:54 PM June 10th, 2006
Inequality A child-rape crime covered by a mere news brief mentioned here on MANN a month ago about a woman in Rochester, NY who reportedly raped a boy at knifepoint, actually gets a full article today! The confessed child-forcible-rapist draws a whole six moths in jail plus 10 years of probation on a plea bargain. Ostensible excuse for not taking the case to trial: "it's too hard to prove". Would the same excuse be used were the sexes reversed? DOUBT IT! Story here.

I think you're being too hard on the woman by ignoring the severity of her full sentence. You forgot to mention that she was also required to pay a whole $9 in restitution. This makes all the difference. The boy can use this money to start paying the 18 or 21 years of child support he's going to owe if the woman is pregnant. Seems reasonable. He can always get an extra paper route to help meet his parental obligations.

“Rosario wept throughout the plea, dabbing her eyes with a tissue.”

Theorists argue females, on average, are more adept at expressing emotions. This bimbo obviously knows how to use them to her advantage. When her agenda is raping a defenseless child, she is a knife wielding beast from hell. When her agenda is to get away with it, she hoodwinks the court by cowering. They should throw the book at her and give her something to really cry about!

After listening to the crap from the Duke case, I believe that this is not too hard to prove. She's probably crying in happiness that she didn't have a penis.
