RIT Student Fights Sexual Assault Accusation
posted by Matt on 10:46 AM June 3rd, 2006
False Accusations Anonymous User writes "Check out this story - RIT Student Fights Sexual Assault Accusation. Excerpt:

'Taylor and his family prepared to launch an aggressive defense.

Taylor’s lawyers arranged a polygraph test. He passed.
...
The report says the accuser has a history of making false allegations.

The private investigator visited the woman’s hometown. He discovered a restraining order she took out four years earlier against a high school classmate. The investigator tracked down the boy, who said she accused him of raping her and threatening her with a knife. The boy said the case was dropped after two of her friends told police she admitted making the story up. The boy was never arrested.
...
“We allow hearsay in our process,” said Rob Eckhart, Assistant Director for Student Conduct. “It’s not a criminal process. I want to make it very clear it’s not criminal. This is RIT’s student conduct process and when we make a decision, it’s based on what’s most likely to have happened.”'"

This is a terrific example of why boys are bailing out of the educational shitstem!

K-12 is all about sitting still and listening to women teachers yammer, talk, emote, control, reward and punish... etc.

IF the boy graduates from high school and enrolls in a college or university, he is among the privileged gender elite minority of males (women are now 57% of all higher ed students),
and he will then be subjected to the P.C. campus culture totally controlled by academic feminists.

America's educational shitstem has been deformed, or redesigned during 40 years of radical feminism, into an anti-boy, anti-male, misandrist apparatus that has only one actual goal --- DESTROY MEN.

(Well, maybe feminists' real objective has been to destroy families; men being just pawns in the game...)

There is only one real pathway out of this mess.

Men must become a recognized political coalition, just like women, and the REAL GENDER WARS must come out into the forefront and occupy the national attention-span ....

For forty more years.

Men always win when the discourse becomes actual combat.

Time to recognize the enemy you've been sleeping with, perhaps?

You know why this happened? It's because fags allowed it to happen. Even now that the entire western civilization is collapsing, there are still morons who keep defending feminazis like the fag N.J. and the wimp TomP and a bunch of others.

If we want to change things we should stop whining and start kicking the crap out of the bitches. The times of playing the nice guy are over.

Whom do you mean; "Fags"?
If you mean Homosexuals as a whole, I'm not sure how much they have had to do with the situation we are in. If you mean Lesbian feminists, then I think you're on to something. But I don't think we can lay the blame completely at the feet of "Homosexuals" Are there Homosexuals involved? Yes, definitely, but there are a lot of straight people involved, too. Especially (allegedly straight) men. Many of them in their fits of chivalry are to blame as much as the feminists themselves are.
Now if by "Fags" you mean Wussie-poopies (they can be gay or straight) then I'm in total agreement with you.

...this neurotic young woman absolutely must fact criminal charges for maliciously destroying the lives, reputations and careers of the young men (three, according to the article) that she's accused. Her punishment if convicted must reflect the sorts of lengthy prison terms and a lifetime on a highly publicized register of offenders which the young men would have faced if convicted. Call it the "cry wolf" registry - a woman (or a man) placed on it has been found guilty of filing false reports with police in order to damage the lives and reputations of others. Wouldn't that serve the same public interest as having a registry of "sex offenders"? It would reduce the waste of resources on investigating charges that are very likely to be false (i.e. if a police department investigates a charge and it appears to be unfounded, this could easily be used to prevent false convictions and protracted investigations), and it would allow men (and women) to protect themselves by not interacting with people known to file false sexual assault charges.

The accused shouldn't have to pay to hire a private investigator to find out that their accuser has made false reports in the past! Why isn't that investigated just as thoroughly as the accuser's story? Why doesn't the public fund a proper investigation of both parties when accusations of misconduct are filed? By creating a sex offender registry, society has already decided that it has an obligation to investigate and report the past behavior of some people to protect others and many criminal charges carry higher penalties when an offender is known to have offended in the past, so why is this an exception?

If it turns out that she has a borderline personality disorder, which would explain this kind of repetitive behavior, and which seems likely based on the history presented, this would also allow the courts to impose treatment on her, as we would with any other mentally ill offender (although most mentally ill men who are convicted are simply warehoused in prisons where no real treatment is available).

On the other hand, there's also the availability of civil remedies for slander and libel (her reports to the police have been published and are therefore slander, if untrue). The men who face false accusations should be pursuing these remedies in every last case, criminal or civil, i.e. DV, divorce and custody proceedings. Money is the only other way available to stop the endless stream of false accusations which can occur without any sort of real responsibility or liability being imposed on the person filing the complaint. Appealing for justice and equality will fall on deaf ears; the "women's movement" isn't interested in either one, so neither are its pet courts and governments.

I'm not saying that every time the accused is found not guilty of an accusation that criminal charges against the accuser should result, or that civil remedies should automatically be awarded - the law is an ass, and is imperfect at best. There should have to be the same burden of proof against the accuser for that to happen, and people who are genuinely assaulted need the ability to file a report and expect to see it properly investigated and resolved without humiliation or fear. But if it can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt that an accuser knowingly and deliberately sought to cause another person to be wrongfully convicted, they should face the same prison terms that the accused would have faced on conviction, and should have their names published in a national database of false accusers.

Anything less will demonstrate clearly, once and for all, the sickening level of bias against men in the judicial system.

It's very simple: I'm going to make such a registry for the US, they can't touch me here. Others could do the same for other countries. This will definitely be a part of my project that I plan to launch next year.

I had the very same thought, n.j., i.e. creating a privately run "cry wolf" registry. There's no danger of liability for libel/slander (in my opinion, but remember I'm no lawyer or expert on this) if what you post is factually true, i.e. that the people on the list have a history of making false accusations. If you're in Canada, don't forget that Ontario and other provinces regard the internet as a form of "publishing", so be careful. Also, you'd have to provide enough information about the people listed to ensure that you didn't accidentally mis-identify someone by name.

I'm German. It's probably similar here. You need a masthead with a real name and address of who has what we call 'responsibility for the content' if it is targeted to a German audience, even when hosted abroad. On commercial sites, it usually lists at least the CEO and the company's address.

But there are ways around this, no problem. What might indeed be a problem is to verify the information for its accuracy if contributions from readers are accepted. I'll surely want to have a higher standard than these sites that list men that supposedly cheated on their wives or gfs.

If you are careful to rely on public records (i.e. court rulings, transcripts) or at least reputable media reports, wherever available, and are careful to fully identify the false accusers (i.e. to avoid mistaken identity), it would be very difficult for someone to accuse you of libel or slander.

Reading these stories on MANN, the thing that comes up time and time again is that these women have a history of making false accusations. This psycho has damaged three lives so far, and for what? To get attention? If feminists were at all socially responsible, they would recognise that this kind of behaviour is not only causing injustice to the falsely accused and wasting public resources, but also damaging the claims made by genuine rape victims. However, feminists are not at all socially responsible. They don't seem to care much about genuine rape victims, let alone falsely accused men. All they are interested in is damaging men, getting some more cheap publicity and public money for themselves, and generating some more spurious, inflated statistics that they can feed to the press to keep their man-hating industry going.

It's important that men begin to recognize that any woman who defines herself as a feminist is de facto suffering from Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

This is a clinically defined diagnosis in the DSM-IV psychiatric "Bible," and the primary symptom is the inability to experience EMPATHY.

NPDs do not even see other people as human beings unless those persons are giving them the "fix" that they need in the form of admiration, worship, servility, sex, etc.

Feminism is the logical deformation of female psychology in a culture that destroys men, diminishes masculinity, and elevates the false feminine.

The stripper becomes the ultimate feminist icon of female liberation.

Paris Hilton is to be admired and celebrated for her butch macho parody of the erotic.

And feminists insist that male chauvinism must not go away.

That would signal the beginning of the end of vagina-centric delusional claims for equality.

That would be the end of the feminine masquerade....
