Unwed fathers fight for adoption rights

One question I didn't find answered (Score:1) by Demonspawn on 07:40 PM March 19th, 2006 EST (#1) What happens if the father gets the baby? Does the mother then have to pay child support, or is she absolved of the baby by putting it up for adoption? And I can't belive this "filing deadline" bullshit. If I WANT parrental rights, I have a 30 day deadline. If the mother wants to FORCE parrental responibilities on me, she can wait 15 years and then claim BACK child support. What do you think women would say if they had 30 days to find the father and file for child support, or lose that possibility forever? --Demonspawn

Not only that, but their minds are closed to empirical evidence to the contrary.
