False Multi-Rape Allegations in UK

False Accusations Anonymous User writes "Multiple false rape allegations in the same area, 8 week police investigation, fear and hysteria and a poster campaign. All unnecessary - police are taking action against 2 females and calling off the hunt for a gang of "predatory men". Read it here."

Men Presumed Guilty - What a Surprise! (Score:0)

I suppose I should get used to the fact that men are automatically assumed to be "predatory" and that any nonsensical accusation that a woman spews out should be treated as the literal and unquestioned truth. We're all oppressing them, after all, so they're "entitled"...

In the immortal words of Tyler Durden: "I don't think so."

While it's important that police take accusations by either sex seriously, the one-sided requirement for responsibility when it comes to false accusations and perjury has to go.

It is encouraging that these wankers are at least considering taking action against one or more of the worthless pigs that made the story up in the first place, wasting police resources, frightening a whole community and potentially destroying one or more man's life.

It's a step in the right direction - forcing females to accept the same burden of responsibilities we've always carried. Equality's a bitch. Just wait until political correctness figures out that women have been traditionally under-represented in the military, and that for the next 6000 years, only young women will be drafted and sent off to war.

You are right. A woman makes an accusation, it becomes the "unquestioned truth".

It must be very difficult for the police. I hear radio phone-ins/chat shows every few months where the topic is Rape/conviction rates and the justiciary "letting women down".

A barrister recently phoned in and stated that the main problem is that prosecutors and police are intimidated and pressured by the fact that it is a "sex crime" accusation and politically, feel obliged to take it more seriously than the evidence might warrant. We saw a case here in the UK 2 weeks ago where the judge in a false acusation case angrily admonished the CPS for ever bringing a case based on the paucity of evidence. In that case, he even threatened the individual prosecutor with having to pay the court case costs.

So cases are investigated and sometimes brought to court where there is a singular lack of evidence to support them. In this case, it has taken 8 weeks and diverted police manpower from ACTUAL serious crime.

False accusations against men are seen by a certain type of woman now as a legitimate defence or attack for all sorts of behaviours - drunkeness, excusing one-night stands, revenge/spitefulness and in some cases, just attention.

Over here, you can be jailed for making false 999 calls (911/emergency no. calls). I fail to see how diverting such huge police resource based on lies does not carry an even more severe sanction. Firstly, as a deterrent, and secondly, as a punishment to these idiotic pigs who would ruin a man's life or reputation on a whim.

Hopefully the gentlemen in the community have not been raked over the coals and mass round ups and other intrustions over this. False allegations can ruin careers, cost homes, ruin reputations for decades, even sometimes result in death & serious injury to the accused.

In many places in the US, you can not sue someone for filing a false police report, even if causes you extreme harm. Even if they are prosecuted for it, you still can not sue them. Its garbage. The damage is real.

"Three men arrested last month in connection with the Operation Harbour inquiry were all released without charge."

Why aren't the false accusers sitting in jail on felony charges??? What is being done to clear these men's records of arrest??? The police in this case are nothing more than a gang of thugs, strong-arming men for female criminals.

Here is yet another "rape" which in court turned out not to be. This footballer has now been cleared. This young footballer has been named, shamed and abused as a result of this case. She has been known throughout as "X".

In court,it was revelaed that she has a history of depression, heavy drinking and wanted to prove to a friend in a nightclub that she could "pull" a young star like Stack.

When will young men realise that having casual or one night sex with any woman nowadays carries the risk of a rape claim? It is now a legitimate excuse for women.

By the way, the scariest bit? She's a law student. Woe betide any men in the future should she represent them - or worse, sit in judgement of them.

I think it is in the public interest that she is named.
