Surely not . . seems evident the State conspires to assist and reward a deliberate Fraud !
Further, I do not believe there is a Statute-of-limitations on Fraud.

The wife violates her vows of marriage, and dishonors her husband by cheating on him. She then commits fraud against her husband via application for child support during divorce proceedings (she knew the child was not the husbands). During divorce proceedings she commits perjury in court via the fraudulent child support request. Then the woman then gets off scot-free.
Let’s see here – she commits at least two felonies, at least one immoral act, collects a bunch of money as a result criminal behavior, and the penalty is zero!
Sometimes I think the world has gone crazy.
I wonder how many times a year something like this happens. How many poor schmucks are paying child support for someone else’s kid? How many of these schmucks are having to fight for visitation of the child that is not even his?

What does it take for women to have at least the slightest bit of accountability in our society?
