I've downloaded a copy of the video. It is a 5.2 Mb Windows Media File. I may be able to put it on the Men's Hour later on.

I cannot believe that the court will not rule according to the law (AB252), with that grandfather clause that was specifically put in for incorrect default paternity judgments, and disestablish Terran's paternity.
I've seen Terran's documentation and know that he was falsely nailed by the CA-DCSS. It is very clear that he was never served properly.
We will wait. If it turns out that the court continues to refuse to establish the CA state sponsored form of paternity fraud then we must further press to educate the public on how these judges rule illegally.
The only real problem here is that if this pattern of judicial tyranny against men continues then we can expect that at some point their will be a reaction that will shake our culture.
You cannot have 10 million men with false paternity orders, oppressive child support orders, massive new orders of fraudulent paternity orders, and expect to maintain public order.

Contact every news organization (local TV, newspaper, radio talk show, cable news big-wigs like Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly). The public needs to know about this injustice.

This is just totally insane. so the new law is..if you prove your not the father 2 yrs and 1 day after the judgement against you is handed down... you not only will never be paid back...YOU STILL HAVE TO KEEP PAYING ANYWAYS.
this is just obscene. Those men deserve to be paid back WITH INTEREST! they are trying to even get around the grandfather claus.
time does not nulify guilt. but does time nulify innocence?
something MUST get done about this. the man stated, and surely it must be, destroying his life.

I was at an open house put on by the LAPD on Saturday, and there were some Army guys there in fatigues with Humvees, etc. I told them about Taron and gave them NCFMLA flyers. One guy who seemed to have the highest rank was interested and stunned this could happen to a vet. "Yea," I said, "there are women who target GI's, because of the insurance they'll get if they're killed, or the fact that they have a steady check. It's pretty bad when your own country-women target you for this kind of abuse on top of the other targeting you have to worry about in Iraq or Afghanistan."
I know at least that one guy has a new caution about relationships with potentially exploitive females. If anyone thinks our government in California and other places has not truned into a blood sucking, man-hating enterprise (my opinion) all they have to do is look at what happened to Taron and other men (some military, some not).
Taron has his own web site here .

I can relate Ray.
My ex-wife did just that. She stayed for 3 months after our son was born, then split giving the excuse that she didn't like the military. Was in the military when we married, am still in the military.
Now I pay for everything Tri-Care(military medical coverage) doesn't cover, plus $350 a month in child support. I even have to pay her blood money for the two months I have my son in the summer.
All and all I only get to see my son three months out of the year.
Talk about jacked up.

Coincidentally Glenn Sacks mentioned Taron's case this past weekend on his show, HisSide .
Obviously, we are all concerned about the outrageous injustice against this man who served his country, and is now disserved by his country and treated like a 2nd class citizen.
