I don't know if its both their attorneys, or if its just hers. But I do know this, If it were a male that smacked a female in the head with a wine bottle, his butt would be in jail and he would lose his kids due to the domestic violence card
Well, of course HE would be in jail. Just like a slave would be in serious trouble in the 18th century if he struck his master. The slave not only committed the unforgivable assault against an aristocrat but struck out against the entire eco-political-social system that maintain the slave/master class.
In the eyes of the law women are the new aristocrats and men are subservient.
The feminist inspired laws that keep this peculiar system going are a violation of human rights and the sooner they are overthrown the better.

With women living (average) 7 yrs longer than men: One is bound to question the claim that women are the 'oppressed class' for where in all human history have the slaves lived longer than their masters ?

Interesting that they don't mention the man's name in the article. Is this due to not publishing the names of vicitms? If so, they left enough identifying info for anyone with half a brain to know it is Darvin Ham.
Oh, but they didn't print his name did they?
If we had a system that treated all victims and perps similarly she would be in jail.

Tom in being facetious and pointing out that when a woman is a victim of a similar crime, the name of the accused will be all over the papers whereas her anonymity is secure, even if she's making the allegations up.

After 30+ years of gender feminist influence in societal institutions like journalism, education, and law, gender feminist prejudices are deeply impacted in what I would describe as a very constipated American consciousness.
What the American intellect needs is a good laxative to free it of the clogging refuse of gender feminist propaganda.
There isn't enough toilet paper in the world to clean up the mess left by a good purge of all that crap.

Let me get this straight .... she hit her husband over the head with a wine bottle (something this writer has had happen to him - by a guy at a party) and she's not in jail!??!?!
Where was the DV advocate from the men's shelter (can ya hear the tongue in cheek!?), where was the expert about spousal abuse against athletes (Tawny Catayan (?sp)), or just JUST ONE men's/father's advocate speaking up about allowing this violent DVer to retain custody of children.
This is so wrong on so many levels
Why doesn't Grandma get the kids, the wife get the boot (a la a restraining order), and the paper have even ONE advocate for men included.

I'm sure that when Ham or his wife files for divorce, she will be granted the "battered woman defense" that excuses all female acts of intimate partner violence as an act of "self-defense."
If Mrs. Ham cannot prove that Mr. Ham was ever actually physically violent, she still has recourse to any of a number of tried-and-true feminist legal ploys ---
"extreme mental cruelty" would be the easy way to go, because if Mr. Ham ever "ignored her needs," then that's a home run for her in court.
If Mrs. Ham wants to throw a legal spitball, she can make false allegations of child abuse, or say that her action followed years of his abusive behavior.
Let's face it, in the Anti-Family Feminazi Courts, the woman holds all the face cards.
Mr. Ham will in all likelihood get his divorce from the vampire, but only after losing his kids, his house, and paying the soon-to-be-ex-wife a king's ransom in child support and alimony.
Wish this was a far-fetched prediction; sadly, it's just standard operating procedure nowadaze in FemAmerika.

When will the Male population of the US wake up? What is it going to take for us to kick all those to the curb who support our oppression? Why is it everyone is entitled to Civil Rights except Males, and White Males in particular? That this spoiled rich bitch is still walking free is an outrage. She should be in jail. This is just another example of the double standard. Her Husband should Divorce this C&^%. But we know why he isn't. Because if he did he would be blamed. Obviously he did something to "Provoke her". Right? And he would be raped in Family court.
Look at the financial windfall P.Diddy's girlfriend got in her child support increase. She was getting $5000 a month. It was raised to over $21,000 per month. She just won the Baby Lottery.
Men need to refuse to marry, have children, or interact with American Women. Gold diggers, Skanks, Manolo Shoe wearing tramps.

It's a double standard all right! I'm just surprised she didn't say he attacked her (even though HE had the injuries) like mine did. I was attacked then she had me arrested, and SHE was given a 2-year order of protection (she even got paid for getting it). That piece of paper gave her sole and total control of our son, and then she disappeared with him.
Worse yet, when this happened my son was living with me due to her drug use (meth & coke) and violence and abuse toward our little son. Yet her false accusations wiped her slate clean like magic and they handed my son over to her with no hearing and no questions asked of anybody but the liar. She then disappeared with him.
I hired an attorney to try to get the order modified and regain at least some visitation to my son, but was told (after he took the retainer) that there's nothing that can be done until the order expires. They just don't care that they've endangered my son's life.
I've refused to plead guilty for nearly 2 years now, and the prosecutor keeps resetting everything so it goes on and on. I was told if I don't plead guilty next court date, she'll raise the charges to a much higher level AND make sure I wait at least another 18 months to get my trial. They're not use to fathers that are falsely accused demanding their day in court. Most of them take the plea because there isn't any choice really. I'll probably have to plea in the end too, but it really chaps my a**!
According to the system, the man is ALWAYS guilty, no matter who the violent party really is. This mentality is destroying a lot of children's lives, but I'm sure they won't let that little detail get in the way.

Never plea bargain!!!!!!!!!!! And never sign anything that the opposition places under your nose!!!!!!!!!!If your signature wasn't absolutely necessary then you would not be asked for it!
Just think of your son with that bitch. He is going to inherent the same damn misandric system when he becomes of age. Fight for your son's future if you don't care for your own present.
