While we're on the topic, has anyone seen the current Citibank ads? The theme is the question "Want more?" which is asked while showing a middle-aged man experimenting with a comb-over, with dopey music in the background. Again, it seems acceptable to ridicule male sexuality to sell goods and services to both men and women. I wonder if it would be acceptable to ask "Want more?" while ridiculing a flat-chested woman as she experiments with various breast augmentation devices?

Let's not forget (although rare) some of the good media out there also. It's so easy for us to get wraped up in all of the negative media because theres so much of it, but we should also be giving thanks to the companies that portray men/dads in a good light. If for no other reason than to just encourage them to make more.
one example I've seen is "Tide".I've seen some good commercials by them with dads playing with theres kids in a loving way.
Just a thought!

Playskool and Fisher Price have had some good commercials showing fathers also caring for and playing with their kids.
