There has aready been legal precedent set in this. A boy was charged with indecent exposure for having been born naked. The nurse in the delivery room was so traumatized she will never be able to give another bed bath. The evil perpetrator was charged in adult court of course.

The boy, in addition to being sentenced to adult jail time and a hefty fine, is being charged with exposing the girl to the infectious disease known as "cooties". The girl has been hospitalized for safety, and is undergoing tests (court-ordered, the boy will pay for it). The girl is filing a lawsuit, and it is expected she will recieve his rubber duck, raincoat, and possibly a Barney video.

A slander charge has been hinted at, as according to the female teachers present the boy said she "smelled". Several of the girl's friends deny that claim, blaming the odor on the spilled milk in the carpet.

The fact that the girl was wearing a t-shirt that said "Boys are Stupid, Throw Rocks at Them!" has no relevance to the boy's felony touching of her buttocks. Girls rule! Boys get punished by the matriarchy!

Actually, elementary school was my first exposure to the hypocracy of the feminist world... a classmate (both her and I must have been 8 at the time) was wearing a cap that said "Girls Rule, Boys Drool". I was working at whatever I was working at, trying to ignore it, when our female teacher walked over to the student, winked, and said "nice hat". I can remember thinking how unfair that was, to encourage insult, descrimination, and bigotry because it's about MEN, not BLACKS or WOMEN or ASIANS or MARTIANS.

MEN... the only race, creed, gender, or group it's okay to openly slur and insult in public.
