Yes, and the vast majority of those 137 innocents are men!
Now that we see the proof, through DNA evidence, of how prejudicialy the system operates against men, I have to ask some obvious questions:
#1 How many innocent men are there sitting in prison right now convicted of crimes they didn't committ, but do not have any DNA evidence available to free them?
#2 How many false accusations of domestic violence, child abuse, etc. have been made against men, and have denied men there freedom.
I will never "willingly" serve on a jury in America again (for anything) for the rest of my life. I will only serve under "duress." I know not what course other men may take, but as for me, "To hell with the legal system that routinely shows this kind of bias against men, and to hell with that system of prejudice against men that deprives innocent men of their freedom, and to hell with the feminist training of cops and judges that creates all of this tyranny against innocent men."

Ray, I would implore you to go OUT OF YOUR WAY to serve on a jury. There are two ways this system is gonna get fixed: Within the system by working as jurors, advocates, and voters, or outside the system through violent revolution. We've discussed here the propensity for feminists to serve and there are indications that there may be a conspiracy among them to see to the convictions of men regardless of the evidence. You can't fix that or balance that, hell, you can even expose it without participating.

I agree, for what it is worth. A jury of peers means you should be there for your peers. A jury of feminists is not a jury of a man's peers.
Where else do you have a direct effect on the workings of the judicial system?
I just cannot imagine all that was taken away from this man.

I implore you... try to get on any jury that you can. As a young-single-white-hetero-nonreligious-independent thinking-male-with no kids(and no desire to change any of these), nobody ever gives a damn about what I have to say. I doubt I'll ever get on a jury, but if I do, I assure you all that the other 11 jurors will be my captive audience for as long as I can hold them. This is all assuming that I am not convinced of the defendants guilt. I am certainly not dead set against convicting a guilty person, but I know for a fact that at least fair and honest consideration will be given on my part. You say you were raped? How do I know that? Because YOU said so?? I'm gonna need a little more than that to go on. If there is not sufficient evidence, the 12 of us will either ACQUIT or WE WILL HANG! I don't care how long I have to stay there!
I don't mean to preach, only to encourange or motivate you to go out of your way to get on the jury. There are already masses of people out there who are automatically set in the "guilty" mode. Many of them are chosen to be jurors. It would be refreshing to have jurors who actually require proof. If you get selected and don't want to go, you can tag me and I will go for you. If you or I were on that original jury, this man would likely have had 17 additional years of life...

Amen to that. Men shouldn't forget to represent males when they're acting publicly. It's good to represents human beings, too, but sadly in many circumstances men have been effectively pushed out of this category under law. So us disposable sub-humans need to say loud and clear:
I AM A MALE. I AM A HUMAN BEING.

A very special area that needs attention during jury selection is how to avoid being dismissed for cause. You can't do much good if you are not selected for jury duty. Know what to say and what not to say during questioning.

Another juror, Violet Hansen, said: "We found him guilty off of everything that we heard. It took us about two hours, and I think we all agreed at that time. I thought from the beginning that he was guilty. I feel kind of sad (that the DNA evidence found he was innocent)."
A little sad? I'd frikkin want to hang myself if I found out that I sent an innocent man to prison for 18 years! But thats not the best quote....
Shirley Wegforth said, "I don't know if (releasing him) was the right thing to do. I don't remember a lot. It was so long ago. But no, I don't have a guilty feeling about putting him away."
Suuuure. Lets throw this witch in a men's prison with an "all access" tatoo on her ass and see how she feels.

Prosectors still fight tooth and nail against any defendant getting access to the information which can free them. Most of these cases go on for ages even when all that is requires is a cheap DNA test on the evidence, but they will spend thousands of dollars in legal fee's to prevent the wrongfully convicted from ever being able to access it.
We need to let our state reps know how we feel about this as most of these things are handled at the state level.

We are in a system that punishes us due to our gender. We are Cannon Fodder, Paychecks, Sperm Donors, and Guilty until proven innocent. This entire Justice System is corrupt. DAs and Officials could care less if they sent an innocent Man to prison for Rape. It is time for us to rebel. It is time for us to become as Militant as the Feminazis have been. No more Mr. Nice Guy, time for the Warriors in us to emerge. If that Bitch had put me in prison and made the flippant comment that she had no problem with it, My response "I have no problem cutting off your ugly head and turning your skull into a drinking cup". I will give you a reason to be upset. I for one am tired of being shit on by Women.

This will only lead to a severe backlash; a divided cause, and alienation those of us women who are doing our best to help in this cause.
I too am horrified at the complete lack of concern of this juror. Maybe she felt that given the evidence at the time she made the best decision she could, but to so flippantly disregard a man's life is unthinkable.

Jen we've already got a backlash on our hands. In the words of one feminist pundit, "Men are taking their revenge by hurting us in the worst way they know how: by not wanting us anymore."
We have the marriage strike. The daddy strike. Men are keeping from being hurt by women in the only way the law allows them to - but just avoiding them.
I know. I'm one of them. After almost 30 years in the game, I'm out of it. My chips are cashed in, and I have gone home. While I will continue to treat women as people, and really don't advocate any taking away of civil rights from women because they are women, I just - I dunno - am profoundly apathetic.
I may be cordial - even friendly with a woman. But as a gender, I have no use for them, except the occasional roll in the sack. I refuse - point black - to be on intimate terms with a woman. In any "relationship" it's on my terms, no negotiation, my way or the highway. And believe you me, I can always count on some woman to at the very least think I'm a challenge, and that "I can take him." Yeahsureyabetcha.
Now this isn't a statement of pride, it's cold fact. A man, IMO, cannot afford to be legally entagled with a woman, because he is a de facto, and in many cases de jure second class person in the eyes of the law. I'm militant in that respect, but on a private level. And I am not alone.
For the past few decades we've seen a rise of single motherhood, and a whopping percentage of it has been single by choice - mothers who have booted their man out of their life at the instigation of pheminist doctrine, or are openly misandric. Many of these womyn have raised sons - and if one thinks that sons don't see what happens to their fathers, their uncles, their brothers at the hands of pheminazis and at the connivance of the family court system - and these sons have learned their lessons well. Thing is, it isn't the lessons I think many of these womyn have wanted to teach.
Right as of now, reading what I have read about the abuse of office in prosecution of rape, the manipulation of evidence, the exclusion of evidence, and knowing what I know about how biased the court system is, were I to sit on a jury in a rape case, the mere fact that the man pleaded not guilty would be all but an assurance of reasonaable doubt for me. In a case of date rate, (Like the Kobe Bryant case) I doubt any eveidence could be presented that could have me return a guilty verdict.
And it isn't just for the above reasons alone. I honestly think, at this point, that any man who votes against another man in such a case as a juror - until such time as the inequities of our soi disant "Justice" system have been rectified - is guilty of treason to his sex, and needs to surrender his testicles. While I would hope that a confrontation isn't necessary, I think it is a vain hope, and I think we need to do all we can to force the hand of these rabid gender-nazis and make them publically admit their bigotry -so it can be dealt with. Use the jury box to achieve this. Hopefully with the ballot box the solution will then come about. But I feel that the ammo box also has to stay on the table until there is clear and convincing evidence that the pheministas and radgenphems have been consigned to the rubbish bin of history.
I'm willing to do the protesting, the letter writing, and all that. I do. I also do more. Just this past couple of weeks we helped a man in our group deal with his psycho SO. We camped at his house, waited until girly came home, and let her know that if she didn't get her stuff loaded up, and move out, we were going to call the cops and every last one of us would swear she attacked him. Yeah. We set her up. But know what? One man this week sleeps in his own bed, in his own house that he bought and paid for - not in a jail from a lie told by his ex, and believed at face value by the cops. His ex wife doesn't have a weapon to take his kids from him.
Is that wrong? I can't say - if you're in a rigged game, can you really be said to be cheating? I know what would have happened if we hadn't intervened, and that outcome certainly is an evil.
So does that make me militant? I don't hate you for your femininity. I certainly do have a fear of what you can do with it - and as a man I can't count on fair treatment from a so-called "Court of Law" so I am dependant on your goodwill to refrain fromm taking unwarranted advantage. The vast and overwhelming majority of you sisters have shown that when push comes to shove, THEY can't be trusted -can you? How do I KNOW that? And my trust in that affects not only my immediate life, but my life for many years, property bequeathed to my trust, that of my children - I'm not just using my own stakes to finance a roll of the dice here. If I bet wrong, others pay the price for my misplaced "chivalry."
Look at what we have here - a man spends almost two decades in prison for a crime it has been proven he could not have commited - and solely because he is a man, we have someone saying she is unsure if he should have been released. Is there any reason I shouldn't feel like I have crosshairs on me, and I'm the subject of a war? Why shouldn't I behave like I am in a war - become "militant" if you prefer?

A nice lady in church set next to me a while back at one of the regular Sunday services. Without thinking I got up and moved over so there was a space between us (conditioned response). It was a sub conscious reflex. I am so averse to being in the company of women, so completely turned off, so sick to my stomach from the abuse that I've received, that I can't stand to be in there presence (all of them). With effort I tolerate them, and I know that there must be some good women out there, but I'm not taking any chances. There is just to far too much danger from a potential liar, and I have been falsely accussed. I will never, repeat never trust any woman for the rest of my life, and any man in America who does (given America's feminazi laws) is a complete, repeat complete, fool. I feel very, very sorry for today's young men who must experience all of the pain and suffering that we have, and I am sickened to see young women spouting the same inane drivel that you see promotoed by the gender/radical feminists all these years.

If more men were proactive like this we would not be in the mess we are now in. Too many men want someone else to do the dirty work for them. Why this should be I don't know. But we men have to stop worrying about what team wins some stupid ballgame on the boob tube and start doing what needs to be done to stop the misandric tyranny that has taken over the judiciary in this country. The real war is right here at home not over in Iraq!

You know what? We all do what we feel we have to do. By being non-militant I have opened dialog with a writer who may have been completely closed otherwise. By being militant you have helped one man change the unfair situation he was in. We both have done something good, from different ends.
I cannot say I agree with your view, but I can certainly understand how you came to feel that way. I am just glad we are working towards the same goals... I really wouldn't want to be on the recieving end!
